I witnessed an extraordinary demonstration of excellence in customer service by two employees at…read morethis store. One female customer hadn't signed for counter help and was screaming at the young gentleman behind the counter for making her wait.... He explained to her that she needed to sign in to get on line. She continued her verbal abuse accusing him of ignoring her and doing the same every time she came in to the store. I noticed him calling someday for assistance. A young lady, I think her name was Debbie, came over to deal with this lady.. for several minutes the verbal abuse continued directed now the the young lady. I was so impressed by the patience of this employee. She continued to work with the lady ...I do remember the many times this young lady said " yes ma'am, no ma'am, you're welcome ma'am". It was just an incredible expression of decency, patience and customer service. In the end, I don't think the angry customer bought anything but do remember her saying that it was her first time at the store. Why then did she accuse the young man behind the counter of ignoring her everytime she came to the store? I received great service as always. Kudos to these two employees.

I paid $4.99 for same day delivery but it ended up being the same cost. I would have preferred getting it at Office Depot to support a local store rather than Bezos.

She had been using a cheap big box store chair... they just don't hold up or last. She began to have serious back issues. Now my wife is set well with the high quality used chair that she's in 12 hours a day. Don't skimp on having a good chair. Yes, we paid more for this quality, used chair than you would pay for a new, cheap chair from say, Sam's, but it will outlast and outperform that big box store chair.

We remodeled our office and we found out pretty quickly that cubicles can get pretty expensive. We…read morestarted out looking for new furniture, but the price was insane for even a very basic setup. We located several used dealers who sold items "as-is". None of that was ideal. Then, we found Mr. Cubicle who was able to configure used equipment to our EXACT specifications and also recondition them to nearly new condition. We did a project with 26 cubes for a quarter of the cost of new. In fact, it wasn't much more than a lot of the "as-is" used stuff we were looking at. This was nice Herman Miller equipment with glass and wood laminate surfaces. We got fabrics and surfaces in our choice of finishes/colors. They were very flexible throughout the planning process and accommodated several last minutes changes. The installers came in and handled everything from top to bottom. Then even came back (across 3 states) to fix and repair a few things. I highly recommend Mr. Cubicle if you are considering used equipment because they can configure your setup to meet your needs and make sure you have all the parts necessary to get things setup up right.

Once Mr. Cubicle was fully aware of the problem the manager came out and looked at the problem and corrected everything making sure everything was done correctly. They did stay in full contact with us till everything was fixed. I know I would trust them for any future projects I may have for office cubicles.
