In fact, one of the workers on staff pointed out how valuable the posters were. On the original pickup date, they called to let me know that one of the three was not done, because they were waiting for parts to come in. After an extra week of waiting, they returned the final poster with some sort of paint/putty splotched on the last print. I'm assuming they delayed getting the poster back because they were trying to repair it. My irreplaceable print was not only returned behind schedule, but is now ruined. I'm starting to wonder if this is even the original print. The contrast and coloring is off, and given the delay getting the poster back, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that they either ruined the original or sold it off.

Having artwork framed should be straightforward, easy, and ultimately you need to know that your items will be kept safe and that the integrity of the piece will not be compromised. So when I relocated to Dallas I took a couple of prints in to test the waters and now I fully trust Art & Frame Expo with anything! I've been going here for years.
