Excellent job on my custom frames. I brought in photos and had them placed into one large frame. I also had three additional photos, about 4x6, and had them placed into individual frames. The format, the edges, and glass were great. An awesome finished product. Thank you. Highly recommend. read more

I dropped off 4 paintings I picked up in China. Unfortunately, there was a fire in the shop, BUT my paintings survived with some smoke damage. I had to have the paintings professionally restored by a conservator with expertise in delicate Asian paper. Although I ended up using a different frame shop, they were always fair and reimbursed me for the costs. I wish them well and would use them in the future. read more

Took a piece of signed memorabilia to them for assistance. They helped me make the best choices and it turned out great. Highly recommend. read more

I've been going Martin for 25 years. Usually I have an idea of how I want something matted and framed. It's those times when I have no idea that Martin really shines. He listens to where it's going in the house, do I want contemporary or more old fashioned, what works best with the piece, etc. Martin knows all of the questions to ask and takes his time. He treats each customer as his best friend. read more

Excellence. Have been a customer for many years. Attention to detail and well crafted frames.

Art &Frame Outlet quickly and expertly repaired an antique frame that I dropped! I highly recommend them as their service is outstanding!

Custom framing I ordered. Came out great. Great quality. Exactly what I wanted. Will be back for future framing my things

Outstanding job on framing my oil painting. The gentleman behind the counter offered up a suggestion, when I asked him. I then explained I was going for a more modern look. He brought out two suggestions, and I promptly fell in love with one. This is the third serious art project that I've had him frame. Art and Frame Outlet does a PERFECT job, every time. Clean, excellent work. No imperfections. Thank you! read more

I LOVE this frame place. I hired a decorator to help me with our house we were moving to, and one of the first things she said I needed to do was to frame my artwork because it looked "college apartment-y" with most of my art in my main living areas not framed. I felt bad spending the money to frame them because I painted them, but I brought 7 of my canvases to Martin and he was SOOO helpful and gave me the best bulk price to do all of them...and I felt like it really did make such a difference in making my house look like a home and that he really cared about me and my art and my limited time to get it done and my stressful move! I would bring back my stuff here to have it framed even though we live in another state now! Thankful for a great small business and I hope lots of people use and support this place! read more

I am NOT artistic or good at visualizing things. I had a painting on rolled canvas that I loved and needed framing to blend with my furnishings. The owner listened to me and then gave me 3 suggestions in different price ranges. Hard to choose but I ended up selecting his burled wood frame option. I NEVER would have even considered that as a choice if it was up to me. It's gorgeous and looks decorator quality. It was just what I wanted but I didn't know I wanted it until he made suggestions. He's amazing. And the quality of the work was perfect too. read more

The service is very good and the quality of the framing is excellent. It was done very professionally. I have difficulty comparing prices because I did pay a lot, but the work they did was so much better quality than other frame stores I have used. read more

We have personal art painted by my family and needed to get many paintings stretched and framed. Martin and his team were very patient, efficient, and detail-oriented with all the paintings. They were also affordable! We can tell that he cared deeply whether customers' needs are met, and he kindly made sure all our paintings were properly loaded into the car. So lucky to have found this mom and pop local business, and we will definitely be back for future projects. read more

great personalized and prompt service. we spent quite a bit of time at the shop as this was my first original piece of art and I was being picky. We actually landed on doing two frames, one inside the other, and it looked fantastic. Martin spent a lot of time with us going back and forth and trying a variety of options. I also got another piece with a floating simpleblack frame. both pieces turned out beautifully and they were very reasonably priced! read more

I have been going to this store for more years than I can count. They recently moved to a new location at Coit and McCallum in Dallas. Best priced, best quality of work in town. Mr. Martinez listens, makes good suggestions and stand by his work. read more

This place has been here a long time. The owner, Martin Martinez, is very easy to talk to and has a major knack for choosing just the right frame. I would give Martin 10 stars if I could! I found him after going to several other frame shops to have a pretty floral painting framed. All of the other places either had a terrible selection or were seriously overpriced. What a breath of fresh air Martin is! He helped me find the perfect frame and got it done for me on VERY short notice in time for a family event that we were having. This is what customer service looks like! I will recommend Martin and Art & Frame Outlet to everyone I know :-) read more

I can't recommend this place enough! I took a HUGE image to be matted and framed. Not only did he do a spectacular job, his prices beat Hobby Lobby AND he completed it in just a few days!! The owner and staff of Art &Frame Outlet were very helpful and were very concerned to help make my wife and me happy. After having having trouble with a back ordered frame material, the staff found an excellent replacement and expedited our framing project in time for my wife's birthday. The shop has a vast selection of previously used frames and framed art, and an amazing array of available new frame choices. We will return any time we need art or framing. Thanks again to the owner and staff for a job well done. read more
