Ok, I just had to post this, but my company got a phenomenal deal with Mister Cubicle! Here is what happened: I was tasked with finding an office supply source and getting our new office set with desks. My boss gave me carte blanc access so naturally I was excited. I love design! I was referred to Mister Cubicle from a friend who spoke very highly about them, their staff, their service, and their prices and he was right. Given a tight deadline, and a decently tight budget I contacted them and from the first moment they were nice and very helpful. All I was asked to do was give them some basic specs, an idea of what we needed, and a time that it needed to be done. Within an hour I had a full blown design layout, arrangement options and even delivery date option that went well above and beyond what I expected. This was the service I received the whole time, exceeding my expectations. I spoke with May Lee and Ryan, and both of them worked very hard to make sure I was more than happy. You can imagine how this made me feel. After the design, was the pricing... which was WAYYYY lower than anything I was quoted before. After the quote I told them I needed some chairs also (since they did not know I had a little more money to work with), and once again they surprised me. They threw in 5 free chairs! Again, I was happy. They delivered on time, and the crew was cordial and respectful of our office. Mister Cubicle made me look good, so they are awesome in my book. I am very appreciative that businesses like Mister Cubicle exist in the world. I work for a small, startup consulting company here in D. We recently moved offices and I offered to spearhead the operation. When I found out that my boss wanted cubicles in the new space, I had no idea where to even begin. Here's where Mister Cubicle comes in: if your office is going to be cube-proof, only use these guys. I found their craigslist's ad and their witty website delightful-- more importantly, informative. They immediately got back to me, offering consultation and personal attention. Price wise-- they stacked up competitively against competition. I wanted to do business with them. Mister Cubicle has cleverly carved out a unique niche in the office infrastructure space and they are a pleasure to work with! That's why that scathing review below is shocking to me. I have been looking for specific Herman Miller Cubicles for our North Dallas office within our price range. I must have talked to at least 5 different companies selling these cubicles but none that can fit within my budget. Mister Cubicle was the only furniture company that was patient enough to work with my needs; price and timing. I was a little worried in the beginning because I never saw the actual product and couldn't assess the condition beforehand. However, on the day of installation, the product was in near new condition and looked very clean! The installation guys were extremely efficient and respectful with our office staff, and they even helped move some of our old cubicles out of the way. I've dealt with many vendors at my job, and Mister Cubicle ranks up there with the best of them. read more

We were expanding our offices in Plano and were in need of work stations - and did not want to pay "new" prices. I looked at several companies that specialize in used cubicles - Mr. Cubicle (May Lee) not only had a great selection to choose from but also offered to refurbish to "like new" condition for a price less than any of the other dealers I looked at. Not only was the pricing and product better than I expected - May Lee helped with the design and layout of the cubicles and provided multiple options and a 3D renderings of multiple floor plans. I was looking for a sturdy and usable cubicle (just one) for my nonprofit office space. We had searched high and low and found Mr. Cubicle on craigslist. First, they were, by far, the most reasonable prices for quality products. Second, the staff (Damian and Ryan) were phenomenal. They understood what I needed and had the perfect product. This place is a scam. They can not deliver what they promise. Ryan Kelly is a liar and doesn't keep his word. Our company ordered cubicles 2 weeks in advance of the install date and they never showed up. Never called and just plain screwed up. They asked for a $1,500 deposit and then just didn't show up. Everything about our move into a new office was scheduled around Ryan Kelly keeping his word. Now all the other things like phones, DSL etc have to be re-scheduled because these people don't know a thing about customer service. read more

These guys did an awesome job setting up. I worked with the Houston branch and dealt with Damian who was extremely professional and quick with replies. We work in a secure facility and had some unknown security hiccups at the last minute on our end but Damian worked with us patiently to help us get our cubicles installed. The pricing was excellent and the onsite installer was fast and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend Mister Cubicle to anyone looking for awesome prices and great customer service. read more

Mister Cubicle is great to work with!!! HIGHLY recommended. One big reason I like them is that they treat EVERYONE the same, regardless if you are buying 1 cubicle or 100 cubicles. They have great follow up and work very quickly and thoroughly. We called Mr. Cubicle when it became apparent we were out of office space and needed more space for our people. Ryan Kelly was who we worked with and he did a great job of laying out our options and pricing each option. We had a few issues arise (as can be expected when you're dealing with used office furniture) but Ryan went above and beyond to make it right. Ryan failed to install a complete set of cubicles. It took 2 weeks to get anything done. It is still not done right. He has changed his phone numbers and just last week without any authorization charged our Amex credit card. DO NOT trust and DO NOT give credit card information, they keep it on file even if you only authorize a one time use. Additionally they have removed or hidden other negative reviews from Yelp somehow. read more
