    On May 21, 2025, I purchased the supreme tint for my entire vehicle, and they did a great job…read more After the Technician (Michael) had completed the job, I noticed that he had scratched and cut the front left panel of my vehicle with the same sharp instrument that he used to cut the tint material. I was extremely upset, due to only having the BMW X3 for 21 days. He stated, he did not scratch or cut my vehicle, but the damage was not on my car before he pulled it into their garage area. The owner (Vanessa Chiu) and Technician (Michael) sent me a text message that same day explaining they had asked to review the security footage and to find the best way to help with the scratches and cut. I met the owner (Vanessa Chiu) the next day at Mitsubishi body shop to see if their technician could add compound and get the scratches and the cut out, but he stated that they were too deep, and my BMW X3 needed to be completely repainted in that area. The owner (Vanessa Chiu) did not want to fix my vehicle to its original condition. Therefore, I had to involve the BBB (Better Business Bureau) by filing a complaint against them, as well as contacting their corporate office. After the complaint was filed, I received a text from the owner the same day asking me for my VIN# so that they could find a reputable place to have my BMW X3 fixed and repainted. It is so unfortunate that I had to go through all of this to get them to fix a mistake that they made. I was so disappointed because we all make mistakes, but honesty and transparency are cornerstones of trust. When you acknowledge and address mistakes, it demonstrates that you value your customers and their satisfaction!
