After getting everything decided on he actually completed my hat RIGHT THEN. While he was working on it I got to look around at all the different options for personalization. Hats, backpacks, shirts, jackets, and even SPF shirts. 100% going back for Christmas presents. The hat turned out perfectly and my grandpa loves it! Getting a response felt like pulling teeth, and when I finally did, it didn't even matter because the pricing was completely inconsistent. I was given a quote when I dropped off my items, only to receive an invoice TWO WEEKS later for nearly double the amount. No explanation, no heads-up--just a completely different price like that was normal. When I called to ask about it, the owner was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, he immediately got defensive and accused me of wanting everything for free--which was never even remotely the case. Not once did he acknowledge that the invoice didn't match the original quote. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. To top it off, when I said I'd just come pick up my shirts instead, his response was basically "good," as if he didn't want the business in the first place. That says everything you need to know. Terrible communication, dishonest pricing, and unbelievably rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service was some of the best I've experienced in quite a while. The store attendant took her time to make sure I saw all the unique items and services they carry. They have an embroidery area in the back of the store for personalized gift. Whether it's a robe, bag, or children's items, they embroider in house.
