Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. Communication was practically nonexistent. Getting a response felt like pulling teeth, and when I finally did, it didn't even matter because the pricing was completely inconsistent. I was given a quote when I dropped off my items, only to receive an invoice TWO WEEKS later for nearly double the amount. No explanation, no heads-up--just a completely different price like that was normal. When I called to ask about it, the owner was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, he immediately got defensive and accused me of wanting everything for free--which was never even remotely the case. Not once did he acknowledge that the invoice didn't match the original quote. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. To top it off, when I said I'd just come pick up my shirts instead, his response was basically "good," as if he didn't want the business in the first place. That says everything you need to know. Terrible communication, dishonest pricing, and unbelievably rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Cannot believe how lucky I was to find this gem. My grandpa was having his 104th birthday and I needed a 104 hat pronto! I ran into Cutler Customs and WOW. I was extremely impressed from start to finish - which was only about 15 minutes! Colin was extremely helpful and walked me through my options for embroidery. After getting everything decided on he actually completed my hat RIGHT THEN. While he was working on it I got to look around at all the different options for personalization. Hats, backpacks, shirts, jackets, and even SPF shirts. 100% going back for Christmas presents. The hat turned out perfectly and my grandpa loves it! Visited Colin Cutler's shop earlier in October to get an embroidery on a vest I had purchased. Service was great and seamless! You definitely get the attentive "small business" service coming here. I had called in advance on what I needed to do and Colin told me to email him an image of the logo that I wanted to get embroidery. I visited the shop later in the day to discuss the logo placement and to drop off the vest. Later on, I got a text message with a picture of the positioning/lettering on my actual vest for confirmation, and then everything was ready to picked up a few days later. The workmanship was done exactly how I wanted. Everything was very painless and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for embroidery service for both big and small jobs! As a background: I had phoned a few tailors nearby earlier in the day but none were able to do embroidery. There was another embroidery shop that was nearby, but reviews were very mixed/poor (it was a corporate owned shop with multiple locations). I didn't want to take my chances going there, so decided to give Colin a shot after searching around some more - and I'm really happy I did! read more
