When I found out there was a FedEx office inside the hotel, it seemed the choice was obvious....but after being quoted $28 for the ground shipping and getting all the details straight, I was ready to swipe my card when the attendant read off the total charges of $43 and change. I stopped mid-swipe motion and asked her to repeat it. It was then I found out that there's an added "convenience" fee that they assess you for anything shipped outta this location. And it's not exactly obvious, as the notice posted stating as much as posted to the left of the register, facing the scale...and away from the customer. While the service was good, I'm detracting two stars for this sneaky practice which, ironically, I found anything but "convenient," as for the $43 I ended up paying, I'd have easily been able to purchase a duffel bag to check instead.

Instead of a smooth background, I got a huge pixelated version and was extremely worried about how it would look. He spent quite some time teaching me how to use editing software to make sure that the printed poster was exactly what I had hoped. I loved that they sent you an email as soon as they finished so you can pop in. I was expecting the guy to have the posters out for me to look at, but he had already carefully wrapped them up so I could be in and out in only a couple of minutes! The other thing I could recommend is springing for a poster tube. They are only 7.50, but they make transportation so much easier! All in all I highly recommend this shop anytime you need a poster printed!
