I was straight up when I called in an order. I didn't even know where to begin. The extent of my knowledge were the dimensions of my postcard. Their salesmen are so attentive, polite, and easy to work with. I received a phone call and email first thing. What's even better is the turn around pace. No Joke - I authorized the copy on a Monday and picked them up on a Tuesday. The best part was visiting the press, by far. Their office is a twilight zone. The linoleum wood paneled walls, the mid-century furniture (in a non-hipster environment), their wall stacked with paper files of all their impressive clients just makes you appreciative of loyal customer service. I can imagine they've had dedicated clients for years and years, because of their old-fashioned, bad ass, mad-men way of handling business - straight-up, simple, strong product and customer relations.

Every time I would go by there or call them, they'd say, "we can't find the proper frames, but we're working on it". After hearing a worker named JoAnn tell me that for weeks and weeks and weeks, I am going in tomorrow to pick up ALL of my prints. I'm just sick & tired of them leading me on. I will go in there, get my prints, and LEAVE! They keep coming up with excuses about why they can't ever complete the task. They are THE PITTS! JoAnn, I'm never doing business with you again! They have not done one thing to help me! They've just kept my prints on a shelf endlessly! Without doing one thing to them! Minuteman did not give me slow service; that would be bad enough.
