I would not use this firm ever again…read more.. I used this firm for my business cards and was extremely disappointed in the final outcome. When I first described the design I wanted, I sent over a previous business card which contained the content. I was sent two proofs, both of which were laid out very poorly. The business card I sent as an example was far better. When I told the sales rep that I really didn't like the proofs, he agreed and said "neither did I but we wanted to get you something." Really? I asked to sit down with a graphic designer, which they accommodated, and together, we came up with another card. I designed the card essentially and he enhanced it with color and a bit of design. The card looked legible on the computer screen, but when I received the physical card, you could barely read it. As professionals, I would have thought I would have received better counsel about the print color and size. Basically, I paid for 500 business cards that I cannot use. And not for Vistaprint prices... When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the sale rep listened, but, clearly, did not care about making the situation right. I had planned on using them to print t-shirts, but was told twice, that I'd be receiving a quote for the work, within a day or so. The quote never materialized (over a two week period) until I was picking up my business cards. The employees were nice, so it was really disappointing that the sales rep didn't stand behind the work or follow through when he said he would....

Adam came in to do an initial consult on cabinet hardware and we ended up deciding to book them for everything we needed to get done. I asked about chandelier hanging, light fixture replacing, photo hanging and even a bathroom vanity remodel. Everything I asked about, Adam was so knowledgeable on and was upfront on what would and wouldn't work. The biggest aspect of Adam and his company that I appreciate is that they never tried to sell me on anything extra. He had professional opinions but never pushed me and let me know if things really needed to get done or if they were just nice to haves. On the actual install day, Femi and Tom came to help out and let me tell you. Femi and Tom stayed all day, from 9 am to 6 pm making sure he got everything I wanted done, even things all the nice to haves that weren't in my initial quote.
