It is mind blowing to me that employees don't realize that they're fired once AI is perfected. I am not in favor of machines replacing the human workforce. We are doing your job and you're getting paid for it. On top of that, please don't be rude to us. I was yelled at by an employee who was in the very back of the store about what I needed. She refused to move an inch from her post and told me how to do her job. She was unkind and there was not a lick of customer service whatsoever. Do better FedEx. Now I know a bad apple doesn't define a whole company. In reading previous reviews, I'm certain you as a company have not handled the issue at hand. I always have a good experience here with the manager but the staff especially the older lady with the braids is SO RUDE. Today she gave me so much attitude for no reason. I submitted an online print order and this particular location was chosen because they could meet my deadline. If I were to come here in the future it would be for the same reason...only out of necessity. There was a nice and sincere lady that greeted me, but the gentleman working the counter that eventually offered to help me on this Sunday 1/21/24 was not friendly and came across as annoyed for having to go from the register to the table behind him to pick up the bagged prints. I wasn't aware you could actually print on single ply toilet paper, but they've figured out a way! I needed a presentation printed, so I ran into this location to print three copies. The price per color page is $0.65 - which is doubled on a duplex page. $1.30 is already a hefty premium on a single print, but all three copies of the presentation were unusable due to the fact that they use the lightest, cheapest copy stock available. You could barely make out the graphics of each side because the back was distinctly visible. Didn't have time to wait around for 30 mins before the staff decides to acknowledge you. Expensive, shoddy quality and bad customer service. You might as well buy your own color printer and binding machine on Amazon. It doesn't take many $20 presentations to pay for itself and you won't get the migraine from having to deal with FedEx Kinkos. read more

I like this ship center. Everyone is professional and kind. When it's a busy time, you may have to wait especially if a business owner with several packages is in front of you. I've had very few of those experiences but they do happen. I've never had an item not arrive on time and I'm willing to pay a little more to make sure this doesn't happen. Can I give this place a zero? This place consistently provides lower quality service than any other FedEx office, but that's the ONLY thing they're consistent with. I had a PDF printed 3x on the same paper within minutes, and each print was different. What was supposed to be lime and grass green went from decent to yellowy-lime and solid GREY. Mian, the manager, was extremely rude. All he said was, "we don't color match." Uhm... Do you intentionally print crap to prove that point? That's what appeared to be happening. The trip cost me $40 and these documents were vital, so nothing would've been worse than terrible prints, but not by much. I was offered no refund or discount. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never coming back. The Office Depot next to Best Buy is a far better bet. read more

This was my first and last time in this store. What a different experience from others I've been in like at Campbell and Coit where customer service is far superior. There were two or three employees standing around and not one asked if I needed help. I went to one of the self-copiers and had a question about the job. I managed to get someone to come over. I mistakenly set it to print out a second blank page and was charged for twice the number of pages. I asked if I could get a refund for the half of the pages that weren't printed. One employee was adamant that I couldn't. Maybe it was the manager that was called over to give me one since it was apparent I wasn't leaving until I got one. He didn't say a word to me except to get my phone number even after I thanked him. He and the other employees acted like it was a major deal to be asking for a $5.00 refund. read more

Have been standing in line at the print desk for over 30 minutes. They are way under staffed for a Friday night. Lines for both print and ship, phone just keeps ringing, overall its either poor management or cheap owners and worth going to a different location or UPS down the road on Preston. I had prints made on 9/28/21 and realized the staff still had my jump drive on 9/29/21, so I called and FedEx Finkos on 9/29/21 and they put a note on my jump drive that I would pick it up on 10/7/21 because I was out of state until then. Went to FedEx Kinkos on 10/7/21 to find that they destroyed my jump drive!!!! The assistant manager didn't read the note and destroyed it!!!! I lost so much that I had on that jump drive!!!! There are several mistakes that we all make and most can be fixed, undone or addressed, but when it comes to destroying something - one should slow it down a moment and double triple check what they are doing since there's no going back..... read more

I really love FedEx, but this location service is stupid slow. I have gone here roughly 4 times in the past few months, and only was helped soon after I walked in once. Their hours are good for late night shipping runs, but the service really needs some work. The self-service machine is always out of order, and the employees mostly the manager pretty much ignore you. There is one guy I deal with who is nice, but when he is not there it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get helpped. If you have an option, go to another location to get much faster service. read more

Visited this site to print shipping label and drop off package. One staff member walked by without acknowledging me. I went to the counter to drop off my package and was told to just leave it there, someone will take care of it. I haven't experienced this lack of service at any other FedEx. I stopped in to drop off an item that had a prepaid label but not packaging. The assistant manager greeted me promptly and made my experience seamless. He provided packaging that I wouldn't have to pay for and made sure I had the necessary tracking information. Such a joy during these difficult times. read more

This is my go-to FedEx Office store since it's really close to my job. I love this store and have been coming in since 2015. I usually go in during the day but this is not why I'm writing the review. I came in one late night (maybe like 7:30pm) and there was only 1 person manning the entire store. I have never seen something like that? But I'm guessing it makes sense since the store "shouldn't" get too busy at night. Including myself there were about 8 customers, all different stuff from what I gathered and the young lady that helped us really impressed me. I caught a look at her name tag (Kristal) and I complimented her, but I thought I'd do one better and write a review. She was awesome and though I think I was the one with the most complicated thing ever, not once did she lose her cool and remained collected. (There were kids running around too) So kudos to my favorite store and to this fine employee! read more

I go here all the time (at least 3-4 times in a work week). Every time I go, I remember why I HATE going there. The only reason I do is because UPS is too far. I have literally made a point to stand there to see how long it takes someone to ask me if I need assistance. I've waited upwards of 15 minutes before I ask "If maybe there is a better time for me to come back"?!?!?!?!?! Their customer service really is ridiculous. They are all very nice, but IDK if maybe that's just what FedEx as a whole Company does or not..... just stand there behind a computer and make awkward eye contact but not offer any help or service? While she was giving MS Word lessons to some guy on one of the computers there were two of us waiting for assistance and she didnt even turn around and acknowledge anyone else. Wow! I was simply shipping a small hard drive in a small box. Yes i needed a little paper to help pack it safely. I inquired about my options and Sean told me with a blank face, we have paper. that'll be $3.99 extra. After looking around and considering pulling paper from the trash can, i opted for their packing paper. I then watched Sean slowly turn around, pull about 10 inches of brown paper off a huge roll of paper, tear it in half and stuff it in the box. close it and returned it to me. I said "That's it?" "You're now going to charge me $3.99 for that little piece of paper?" He said "Yes, plus tax" without even looking at me. when he did look up it was to say "That'll be $4.32" then wanted $65 for next day! well, I've been to this place before because of convenience. NOW i will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Fed Ex... You lost a customer over $4.32 and weak customer service. Way to go! Thursday 9-3-2015. Tonight I needed to get a package out before I leave town very early in the morning. The online FedEx websites says this store is open 24 hours. I drove 7 miles to the Belt Line Fedex Office, 4568 Belt Line Rd, Addison TX at 2:30 AM and not only is this store closed but the hours listed on the door indicate it closes nightly at 11:00 PM. I drove back home and checked the FedEx website and the next nearest 24 hour store was listed as "FedEx Office 2201 W Plano Pkwy Plano TX Open 24 Hours". This time I attempted to call and verify the hours but there was no phone number listed on this stores website other than the corporate 800 number (800) 463-3339. There's no other number listed anywhere for this store. I called the 800 number and was put on hold indefinitely when I tried to speak to a representative to verify the hours. I took a chance and at 3:05 AM drove another 6 miles or so to the 24 hour Plano Pkwy FedEx Office location and believe it or not IT WAS ALSO CLOSED TOO! I just spent an hour of my time, and the gas, driving to two "24 Hour" FedEx Office locations and they are both CLOSED. I am angry and frustrated right now for wasting my time on this because the FedEx hours listed online are WRONG for BOTH nearby stores listed as 24 hours. I will avoid FedEx in the future for their poor service and inaccurate hours listed online. read more

The worst copy store in existence. Yesterday when i came in with a jump drive at 8:30 pm no one else was there on Sunday. Except the store employee with long dreadlocks and who actually is a pretty fit black young lady. I go to the counter, and she says nothing to me. I assume i am just supposed to use prehistoric gestures. I put my jumpdrive on the counter. And she says nothing to me. The only words she said during her entire moronic service exchange were, "The files?" since she could not just stand there in silence and identify the files to print. Oh, and, when she gives me the prints in nothing and I start to put them in my bag, "Do you actually want a bag for those?" The only time I had seen her before was when I came the week before to print about 70 pages of important documents and also was treated with passive-aggressive silence. However, due to her own lack of attentionI presume that was a result of her adherement to an anti-anyone or maybe caucasian attitude, some of my copies were missing because she failed to check the copies when the printer jammed 2 annoying times! At one point she just walked away to the back without saying a word to load paper into a different printer. I am surprised she did not hand me crumpled printer pages to use! Stay away from fedex if you don't want to endure 30 minutes of morons barely making it through their day. This place makes the whole town seem ghetto. read more

I needed seven copies of a proposal printed. The staff showed me different options for paper, tabs, etc and printed a test copy to review. Was in and out in 15min. Very friendly staff. I will be back to use their print services again. read more
