She was very courteous, customer focused and friendly over the phone while answering all of my questions. I then made a visit and was greeted cheerfully by Kendra and Anthony! There wasn't a wait at all. Anthony took very good care of me in a very timely manner. He was very customer focused, patient, very good listener and very kind. What an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. I will definitely visit this location again; and for sure will tell family and friends about this location also.

I came in just to make copies. years prior, I could email them in and they'd be waiting for me. This wasn't the case on this visit. I came in and emailed the pages I needed to a new QR code, that then sends the file to the Fed-X server. From there, the customer personally, not the staff at the store getting paid to do this stuff, has to tap a digital screen to pull up the file, send it to the printer, scan the credit card, program paper size and copy amounts, and then it starts copying. The quality of the copies were ok, not stellar. Having worked with Xerox for several years, I knew from an instant what needed to be cleaned on this particular xerographic machine. It need some touching up to make the super clean copies I'm used to seeing. For the store, I'll say it was clean. It wasn't cluttered up with unused stock, it wasn't really dusty, and there wasn't a visible pile of boxes waiting to be shipped out. It was fairly empty, in all fairness it was just before lunch, and there wasn't anyone but myself in the shop. The lone staff member was helpful enough, tho as I'm used to having done, the staff used to take care of everything.

When I went to the store on JUN 5, I was told, by Michael, that UPS only gives an estimate time of arrival. Then why did he tell me NLT than MAY 29. Why did I pay $70 for it not to get to the post office until JUN 4? I could have driven the extra 1.5 miles to the post office and had them deliver it, had they explained BEFORE I paid. No customer service. I was left to feel like I was just out of luck. They were not helpful -- did not care that they provided wrong information! I will NEVER go back to this location!

As everyone knows international shipping can be a pain with customs declarations, I'm glad for the helpful staff at the UPS store who make the process easier. What really impressed me was how they helped me with an issue one of my packages had. It had been sent back to me because the customs form was not descriptive enough. I took it back and they went above and beyond for me by searching for possible item bans and customs' preferred descriptions. They even personally took it to the post office for me to ensure the updated customs form met their standards which really impressed me! The manager's behavior was extremely passive, and the conversations taking place in the store were far beyond what should be considered professional. During my visit, I overheard one employee say something very inappropriate to the manager, and she simply laughed it off as if it were acceptable. There were several other incidents as well that reflected a very unprofessional work environment. I work in the corporate world, and there is no way this type of behavior would ever be tolerated. If corporate leadership knew about the things being said and allowed in this store, I believe both the manager and the employee involved would face immediate disciplinary action. If the employees are unwilling to report these issues to HR, then I will. I plan to report everything I witnessed and heard during my visit because this behavior should not be happening in a professional workplace. The printing service is plain and simple as to where you go ahead and put your debit or credit card in the payment slot and once accepted you treat the computer as if it's your own and log on and surf any websites or check your email while printing anything you need. The pricing is fair and reasonable with great internet speed. I also come here to return any Amazon packages that I don't need and need them to be returned. While returning a package, the steps are as easy as 1, 2, and 3. You simply bring your amazon package in and show the barcode from the email to the employee as to where they will scan it for you, and you're done! The lines usually move fast, and there is always a lot of staff on-site to assist you. The customer service provided is superb as to where they greet you and get you in and out! They also provide mailboxes for personal use and notary services. If you don't have a box or envelope, there are plenty on-site to use for an extra additional charge.
