We don't have any tracking number for the tent as it was a smaller package send via FedEx it saves on shipping and we don't charge customers shipping. I would love to refund it but since he product was made and sent off we can't offer a refund since it is also a custom product. We can offer cost on ordering another tent and offer shipping via FedEx with tracking at our cost. We apologize for this inconvenience. We deal with people daily with $5-10k orders monthly and they have all been taken care of, it's unfortunate this has happened. Clearly- do not do business here!
