I never mess with what I call "admin settings" because I'm an idiot when it comes to computers, so I was worried something was seriously wrong. TechXperts connected to my laptop remotely, which to me is pretty darn cool. Watching someone work their computer guru know-how from across the country made me feel like a kid watching a magic show. For him to do this, I had to download a program that would allow him to connect, which only took minutes. While he worked, he pulled up a notepad which allowed us to type back and forth and converse in real time (more magic!) He quickly found the problem, and even uploaded a free malware program for me. All in all, the whole process only took about an hour and my computer has been connecting to wifi without any hiccups since. I feel that I was charged an extremely fair price, because if I had gone to a repair shop I would have been charged $60 or more just for the guy to look at it. I highly recommend TechXperts to anyone needing quick, fast and easy tech support, no matter where you are in the country!

A1 computers was charging 99 but was the only one that assured me that my computer would be fix by days end. He kept his promise and provided excellent service. Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. Which gives you a idea if there was any additional problems or if everything is running smoothly. Loved it!! Hopefully I don't ever have anymore computer problems but if I ever do I know where to go. Fair price and great service. Not much more you can ask for as a customer. Joel

I was happy to see that the doors automatically open when you walk up because my hands were full! The place was quite busy but as soon as I walked in, someone was able to help me. This appears to be a full service store with copy service, shipping, supplies, passport photos and a variety of other things. They close at 8:00 on weekdays which is good to know for days I may need to come after leaving the office. Again, great service today.

They pulled the original file up on their computer and it showed up on their computer just fine. It printed elsewhere just fine. They insisted on blaming my file. They lost a customer over $10.

Instead of paying per minute fee at Fedex or UPS to use their computer to print stuff out, here you can send your files to info@birdscopies.com for them to print at no additional charge. I don't go here often enough to really remember the different pricing. The instant quote function on their website does seem much higher than how much it really costs if you go in person. My last time here (this week) I came in for a 1 page black and white print. The person (possibly the owner) who attended me was super nice to print it out free of charge. It is only right that I help spread the words on their amazing customer service and products.
