Trying to support local businesses and they are ripping off people. It's one thing to be rude, but when you're rude and ripping people off is another thing. They said it's not their problem, not I'll try and research or anything. They lied about it being delivered to the destination, they lied about when it was picked up. DON'T DO IT. It's a shame that I've only discovered Bird years after I have already graduated from UTA. The only thing I have gotten done here is print jobs, and they're super cheap! Instead of paying per minute fee at Fedex or UPS to use their computer to print stuff out, here you can send your files to info@birdscopies.com for them to print at no additional charge. I don't go here often enough to really remember the different pricing. The instant quote function on their website does seem much higher than how much it really costs if you go in person. My last time here (this week) I came in for a 1 page black and white print. The person (possibly the owner) who attended me was super nice to print it out free of charge. It is only right that I help spread the words on their amazing customer service and products.

I usually come here to use the printer since I don't have one at home. The printing service is plain and simple as to where you go ahead and put your debit or credit card in the payment slot and once accepted you treat the computer as if it's your own and log on and surf any websites or check your email while printing anything you need. The pricing is fair and reasonable with great internet speed. I also come here to return any Amazon packages that I don't need and need them to be returned. While returning a package, the steps are as easy as 1, 2, and 3. You simply bring your amazon package in and show the barcode from the email to the employee as to where they will scan it for you, and you're done! The lines usually move fast, and there is always a lot of staff on-site to assist you. The customer service provided is superb as to where they greet you and get you in and out! They also provide mailboxes for personal use and notary services. If you don't have a box or envelope, there are plenty on-site to use for an extra additional charge.

I have been thoroughly disgusted with Custom Stitchez and would not recommend them to anyone…read more My first red flag should have been that I had to harass Cathy to get her interested in even creating the patches I desperately needed to deliver to customers. That alone took 7-10 days and two visits to her shop. Then, once I confirmed she was actually working on the patches, the process was rushed at best. On the day I expected them to be ready, I received a text from her of the patches laid out on a white background. In my mind, she was getting my approval before they were cut. I approved the image and AGAIN confirmed with her that the patches would be cut out. She agreed. Then I was told in order to receive these patches, I would have to pick them up before noon as she was leaving town for the long holiday weekend -- Presidents' Day. What time did she inform me of this? 10:30 AM!!!! I get my husband to pick up said patches and am unaware there is a problem with them until I see them at 3pm. I immediately reached out to Cathy and my messages went ignored until three days later. Thus began a string of promises and fallacies on her end that have still not been resolved six weeks later. Ultimately I paid a set up fee and full price for patches with the intent of building a long-term working relationship with Custom Stitchez, and have yet to receive the correct item. Not only does this reflect badly on Custom Stitchez, it makes me hesitant to rely on any local vendors.
