I did not receive anything until April 19th, over 2 months later, after multiple attempts to follow up and just got ignored. Not only was the job completed significantly later than what I was told it would be, I received an incomplete delivery (I ordered 250 cards and received only 50). I immediately sent an email to to the team regarding this and was told it would be resolved immediately and that a new shipment would be fulfilled within a couple days. A couple days turned into a week, a week turned into a couple weeks, and after sending 5 emails to simply check-in on what is going on, I have learned that like many who have worked with Cotton Paperie, they just ghost you and leave you hanging. I've filed a chargeback with my bank and warn anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere. It's a shame businesses who operate this unprofessionally are still operational.

Larissa did a great job of designing new cards after our logo change, and then didn't hesitate to make suggestions and changes to her initial designs. Once the design was approved, Chavvon made sure that the cards came out perfectly, even re-running the press because he wasn't satisfied with the initial outcome. The business cards took a little bit longer than the typical company, but they were absolutely worth the wait!

I love the response and turn-around time for my projects from Ace (owner) and really appreciate the great service. I often receive many compliments from people asking where I got my printed items so I figured I'd write a review on Yelp to share the love even more. I've been here for over a dozen printing jobs and also had the chance to use Copy HQ as the main printing company for a large year-long nation-wide project for a Conference happening in Dallas and every single one of our items were flawless and perfect. Some of the items I've had made this year were T-Shirts (a lot of different designs), Program Booklets, Flyers, Banners, Step & Repeats, Stickers, Pamphlets, Postcards, etc. The cost here is very affordable and you really can't beat the prices, quality, and service especially since Ace goes above and beyond to have his clients happy. I've shopped around other places to find my exact printing jobs estimated to cost at least 5-7 times the amount that's offered at Copy HQ... whoa. Overall.. definitely would recommend this place-- and don't hesitate to call or email them since Copy HQ closes late sometimes and opens early to make sure to help all of their customers. Kudos & cheers!
