In theory it's a great price, but the ID requirements are weird. A driver's license was sufficient to rent a mailbox other times I've done it. Paid with a credit card, signed the USPS form, no big. This place requires a driver's license and proof of (get this because it's completely unrelated to the transaction) CAR INSURANCE. I offered up a couple of other things in my wallet and nope, insisted on car insurance. I have it, but it's completely unrelated to the transaction. Thanks to Yelp, I visited their store a few weeks ago. It is actually a really pretty store inside- quite different than how it looks from the exterior. An employee named Riley greeted me and we sat down to talk about my jewelry needs. I noticed another female employee holding a sleepy baby boy, so of course, I had to talk to him! The mother explained that this company has been in business for over 40 years. FORTY! She is actually the granddaughter in law to the owners. I love how it is a family run business that obviously provides great service to be in business for so long. They explained the process to resize the ring and were transparent about pricing since they would have to separate my rings that were soldered together to be resized.
