It took about a week and a half after they told me 3-5 business days. I was understanding that they were busy. Once I got the proofs I just cried so hard and I was so heart broken it was so horrible I couldn't find the words. They took my exact vision I described to the T and just ruined it. It looked as if something I could've done on a free app. I expressed what I felt and they just told me basically they know more of what I want than what I ACTUALLY want since they have been in the business so long. So I just approved the most decent one and once I got the final files they are blank. I sent an email asking was there a specific app to see the files but no luck. For many years, I had a dear friend in Chicago who handled all of my printing. He would print everything, and then I would either install the decals myself or hire someone locally to do it. This time, I decided I wasn't going to install the graphics myself. I just purchased a new 26-foot box truck and wanted it fully wrapped with my company branding, logo, and website. I sent Robert my logo along with photos of one of my other trucks, and he assured me they would do a great job. I trusted him--and I'm so glad I did. The results exceeded my expectations. Robert and his team did an absolutely amazing job.
