Caddy was the most efficient, cost effective, and also provided a better quality work sample than all of the chain printing stores. Amber the Office manager was great as well. She informed along each step of the process including Draft approval, Printing, and Courier Delivery Times. She was able to provide me a payment link for services. While I had a 72 hr deadline they were able to create from scratch in 48 hrs! Amber, Amit and the production team at Caddy Printing are a great team - and I see now why they have been the business for over 20 Yrs! I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by the entire team at this store. Every employee I've interacted with has been professional, courteous, and welcoming. Most of the time, I simply need to drop off a package and don't require much assistance, but the staff is always ready and willing to help when needed. I've also observed how they interact with other customers, and they consistently provide the same level of professionalism and excellent customer service to everyone who walks through the door. While all of the employees deserve recognition, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Alex (I hope I have his name correct). From my very first visit, he has always greeted me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. He routinely asks how my day is going, and on days when the weather is bad, he never fails to remind me to be careful and stay safe.
