I recently worked with Sir Speedy on custom moving announcements and addressed envelopes for my…read moreboss, and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out! Sheena coordinated the project, and Linda in graphics provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Sheena was incredibly responsive, and Linda patiently explained CMYK versus RGB colors and how they affect printing. Their expertise and attention to detail made the process much easier. I also highly recommend ordering a hard-copy proof before approving your print run--it's so helpful to see everything in person! Very reasonably priced. The team was very patient and understanding when I needed extra time to get answers from my boss. The finished cards turned out beautifully, and we love the soft-touch finish. My boss was also impressed by the thank-you note she received in the mail. Such a thoughtful personal touch! We will definitely use them again. Thank you, Sheena, Linda, and the entire Sir Speedy team!

Very disappointing experience with DTF Center Dallas today. I have been a customer for over a year…read moreand have spent a significant amount of money with this company, but after how I was treated today, I will not be returning. I first tried to place my order through their website, but it repeatedly showed "failed to upload" when trying to submit my files. I then used their website chat to ask for help and requested an invoice since I had already shared my Canva document with them. No one ever responded in the chat. Since I still needed the order, I began calling around 3:00 PM and had to call continuously for almost an hour before someone finally answered the phone. I was told the Dallas location was on another call and would be transferred once they were finished. When I finally spoke to someone at the Dallas store, I confirmed multiple times that the prints would be ready the same day. He said yes. I shared the Canva document, he sent the invoice, and I paid immediately. I even asked again if the order would be ready today, and he again confirmed that it would. The Shop app even showed the order being packed for pickup, so I sent my husband to the store. When my husband arrived, the first employee helping him smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely unprofessional. After that, the same employee I spoke with earlier suddenly said the order would NOT be ready until tomorrow, completely contradicting what he had told me earlier. When I spoke with him on the phone to clarify what happened, he was very rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice instead of addressing the mistake or trying to resolve the situation. For a business that relies on time-sensitive print orders, clear communication and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor communication, rude customer service, and staff behavior that raises serious concerns about professionalism. After being a loyal customer for over a year, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Brides beware! I've had a good experience with this printer in the past, but their service for…read moresave the dates for my daughter's wedding was stunningly unprofessional. Cards themselves turned out beautiful and I gladly paid for them. Envelopes, however, were oversized for the card, addresses were poorly positioned and the return address contained a typo. Owner took zero responsibility, choosing instead to gaslight us about how these things were our fault. ("Our opinion and experience is that no one will notice the typo on the address. This is for post office use only and the envelopes will be thrown away. No one is responding to anything via this address. The difference of the size of the card vs. the envelope is not an issue.") She called my daughter a horrible name (WHAT?!?) and told me emphatically that she doesn't have time for brides...they are "too picky". Save yourself the heartache and have wedding correspondence printed elsewhere.
