Though The Graphic Company's quote was competitive, it's not the only reason I chose them. 1) Quick Response - They were quick to respond! Who likes to be kept waiting?! From the initial quote to all further communication, they were quick and professional and Ellen, the service rep, was super easy to work with. 2) Quick Work - They were crazy quick to get the job done. One day, that's all it took to wrap our car with their amazing design... 3) Great Design - They created the perfect design for our company car. Actually, that is what dot me looking in the first place. The company we had used before had created a design that was just blah. 4) Good Price - The range in quotes was stunning. the Graphic Company pricing was more inline with the other quotes but some of the companies are simply asking too much. Avoid this dishonest sign company!!! Proposal was for labor and cost of antenna (costing less than…read more$100) but they charged $1,000. When we refused to pay for the price gouging --- but properly agreed to pay for the actual cost of the antenna --- they trespassed and unlawfully took the antenna. Sending a boom truck and crew in the night to steal a $50 antenna is shocking. Steer clear of this sign company. (As further information: this disreputable company falsely represented that the antenna were proprietary (when, in fact, they are off the shelf at microcenter for about $43). Contract was for cost of the antenna. When the $1,000 charge was questioned, Manager J. Watson stated "[accounting] used a placeholder price and didn't update it like they should." Company later refused to update to reflect the cost. Contract was honored and we offered to pay for the cost. Instead, Signs Mfg/ Watson sent a bucket truck crew, in the night, trespassed, and then committed larceny, if not theft, to steal $43 antenna. Almost funny, really but rather pathetic. Stay Clear!!! This company price gouges and has highly questionable honesty!!!…read more We requested a small piece of neon be replaced and were invoiced $798.34. This was a very simple 5 ft piece of neon that was broken and this amount was after telling us we saved $400.00 by providing the measurements for the piece needed. SERIOUSLY???? They charged us $245.00 an hour for 2.5 hours to clip one 5 ft piece back into the sign and hook it up to the transformer. Absolutely no way that repair took 2.5 hours. The cost of the neon piece was $125.00 and $612.00 was labor!! That is ridiculous!
