When I got there, I was attended by Landon S. (who was extremely professional and polite). He advised me that their salesperson, Joshua Swoyer, was out on a job and I could not obtain an estimate at that time. Landon took all my information - we even took the vinyl samples outside to look at them against my car. Decided on what I wanted and Landon recommended that I email Joshua the pictures of what I wanted done so that he can email me an estimate later on. I emailed Joshua before I left the store, I identified myself and advised him that I was following Landon's instructions. I did not receive a response. On Tuesday 8/24/21, I followed up with another email, and again, never heard from him. I cannot understand the reviews that state they have the best customer service because I did not experience that - at all. It's a shame. My son also bought a muscle car (challenger) a few days after mine and our neighbor did as well. All those are lost business now because I cannot recommend Signarama to anyone I know based on this.
