Extremely helpful staff. Had to print 1730 pages out and UPS was the only one willing to help within the same day. Aziz took care of the entire process, and everything went as smoothly as possible. read more

When needing to ship or drop off packages, UPS offers this convenient location. This is my go to location. The UPS Store offers many different services including post office boxes, printing, stamps for sell, small assortment of office supplies, shipping and packaging along with notary services. The parking is somewhat difficult as there are lots of businesses in this shopping strip and not that others have stated that they start closing 15 minutes before posted closing times so don't wait until the last minute to ship your packages. Overall the employees are friendly and efficient as they move quickly to support your transactions. For shipping and packaging needs I suggest you give them your business. read more

The lady in the store could be a little bit friendlier and have much more personality. I walked into the store. No other customer. I walked in with a big smile and said hello. How hard it is to say hi and welcome your customer. No response. She didn't even look up from her computer. Had my return and asked her if I could use shredder. $1/ lbs she said. I didn't have my wallet with me since no other UPS store ever wanted to charge me before for shredding. I was gonna get my wallet from my car. But I changed my mind. Even documents I wanted to shred wouldn't cost me more than couple of bucks I refuse to give it to this store. If she is the owner she needs to learn how to treat customers. If she is an employee train her read more

I cannot say enough accolades about Amy who has helped me so many times at the Southlake UPS location. She handles many transactions with multiple clients quickly, professionally and efficiently! I have seen her remain calm and kind with some of the busiest and hectic crowds. She is a delight and when I have the choice of which place to make a return, I go to this location because of Amy!! read more

This UPS Store has been a cornerstone of my business for years. From the very beginning, I've depended on them for mailbox services, printing and copying, shipping and mailing, and notary work--and they've been consistently reliable across the board. What truly sets this location apart is the owner, Aziz. He runs his store the way local businesses should be run: he knows his customers, pays attention to details, and treats people with genuine respect. There's never a rushed or impersonal feeling here. Aziz and his team take the time to make sure things are done right. The staff is outstanding--professional, friendly, and efficient--and the experience is always smooth. As a business owner, that reliability matters more than anything. I trust this store completely, and that trust has been earned over many years. If you want a place that feels like a true partner rather than just a shipping counter, this location is hard to beat. read more

Terrible, they just try to take more money from you. I went to return a package, at first they told me that I need to print out the label, then second time I went there with the label, they told me a need a box, my item was still in its original package. They offered me a plastic bag at $3.99. I never experienced such terrible stuff at Keller's UPS store. read more

Every time I come in this particular location there is an issue. It is like they do not want to do anything but stand there. Go to the Grapevine location. Much more efficient and they actually want to assist with your needs. read more

Amy is superb! Her friendliness is ever present and her professionalism flawless. Highly customer focused.

Easiest and friendliest UPS Store I've been to in this area. Thank you for helping me with my shipment and giving me options

9/17/22: Like most UPS stores, this is in a little strip mall. Came on a Saturday. It was busy, but we were in & out quickly. The worker was nice & I liked how there was more than one employee to ensure the line didn't get out of hand. Whenever I need to do an Amazon return in Southlake, I'll come here! read more

Who calls an unknown phone number back after a missed call??? During recent winter storm when DFW was "iced" locked for 3 days, I called to check if open, mostly expecting not to be. I did not leave a VM, but 2 days later the owner called back, based on just Caller ID, to say they were now open, the 1st day ANY local store was, That's impressive Business practice and "non"-customer service. read more

Store 4772 has the most wonder staff, very friendly and professional. 10 stars is more accurate! Amy is amazing!

If you like a cold, heartless experience, where no one says a word to you, as you drop off your package or ask for assistance, this is the right, UPS store for you! The lead associate Amy is your gal. No eye contact, no greeting even if you say hello, a nice firm handing off of the receipt and you're out the door. Can't wait for UPS to go AI since that would probably be a better experience. Might as well read more

My daughter went with two small poly bags to mail. The clerk asked if she wanted Tuesday or Wednesday. Her response was there is no rush so Wednesday is fine. They charged her $90! When someone says there is no rush they should be given the GROUND rate. It was her first time mailing a package, so she didn't know there were options. She trusted the clerk. Whether the clerk made an honest mistake or the store was taking advantage is unclear. The Manager's response when I called was 'Well, it's a he said/she said situation.' There is no way that's what this is. When a customer says there is no rush, that is black and white. I am so offended by the store and the Manager's response that we will not be using their services again. Beware. Terrible service and terrible customer service by the manager. read more

Fantastic customer service! I return a lot, so I'm in and out of the Southlake store several times a week. Never a long wait. I'm always greeted when I walk in and taken care almost immediately. Amy is there most of the time and she is wonderful, as are all the employees. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Amy for her extra efforts on my 7/13/23 visit. I had a return and she went above and beyond to make it fit in a particular package which saved me money. She really didn't have to do that and I think most others would've given up or not have tried. I am super appreciative and its associates like this that make me keep coming to this location. read more

Before the holidays, I ordered some small specialty cables from an Ebay seller. It was due after the first of the year, but came early while my office was closed for the holidays. After realizing there were attempted deliveries to my office, I went online to redirect the package. My option was only one of The UPS Stores, so I picked the closest to my office. I received a notification that the package was delivered at The UPS Store last Thursday. I planned to retrieve it on Friday, but I checked and it was refused due to "not being ordered." Maybe there was some confusion, I didn't know at the time. It said it would be re-delivered on Monday, January 3, when I would be back in the office. I waited and had lunch delivered to me so I wouldn't miss it again. However, I received a tracking notification saying it had been delivered to the UPS Store. I then called the store and was asked to "call back in an hour." After an hour, I called again and the person on the phone said they had indeed received the package. I told her I would be there within the next hour to pick it up. Once I arrived at the store, the representative asked me where it was shipped from and I said I didn't recall where the seller was from. He then said, "It was from China and we have given it back to the driver and sent it back to China." I asked, "why would you do that? I had called and the rep they said you had it and I told them I would come pick it up this afternoon." He said, "we have been burned before with packages from China and we have been stuck with additional charges." I let him know I had actually paid UPS extra to have it re-routed here to his store and I would have paid him for any unreimbursed expense. I asked why he felt it was OK to now "burn" me by not giving me my package. He made me feel I was the bad guy in this scenario. All I know is that I'm just trying to get my little Ebay package. The UPS logo is on the store and I think this experience directly reflects on reputation of the entire company. I understand it is an independent store and I will avoid going there in the future. In contrast, the UPS phone reps where very helpful and patient with my story. They have made an effort to have the package sent to my office tomorrow or by the latest Wednesday. They apologized for my inconvenience, whereas The UPS Store rep did not. read more

Wow!! Amy went way above and beyond with her kind and efficient assistance to me. I had many packages to return to Amazon, and she patiently helped me through the process. I've lived in Southlake almost forty years, and this UPS store is hands down the best one around for many miles! read more

This is the only UPS store I've ever used that charges u $1.69 for an Email to print a return label. Then they add an additional charge to print it for a total of $2.07. His response he has to pay for technology! He has to have internet & a computer for his business! I'm appalled at the charge. I will never use this store again!!! read more

I'm not sure if this is a reflection on this store or UPS. Dropped off 3 very important packages to be shipped 2.5 weeks ago. They were scanned and a receipt was given to me. I returned from a trip only to learn the packages have vanished in thin air and the packages were not scanned as " picked up " from the driver or scanned at the hub. Upon a telephone call to this UPS Store, I was told that he driver is not required to scan packages upon pick-up. This appears to be per store policy so if you have a very important package be sure you go somewhere else to ship as this store allows the driver to pick up and go No way to know if the packages are still at the store, are stolen or if UPS indeed did pick up. Unfortunately.....they have vanished. read more

Owner does not run location well. He's more concerned with charging two dollars for printing off a label and brushing people off than informing them the info they need to know to get things done. Waste of time. Avoid this specific location if possible. read more

I use this location several times a week & I am always greeted with staff that are professional & friendly. Mailing packages is done very fast & returning Amazon packages is a breeze. Took a box in with a return address label from Frontier Communications. Handed the box and label to the Owner. He slapped the label on and gave me a receipt. 2 days later the same box ended up back on my front doorstep. I drove back over to this same UPS Store (20 miles) with the same box in hand and my receipt. I stood in a long line and once I was at the front cashier I spoke to the same Owner as before... explained the problem. Instead of having the integrity as the business owner to correct his error, he denied any responsibility and sent me on my way, advising me to handle it on my own with Frontier Communications. That's a couple hours of my life I'll never get back! A terrible way to do business- I recommend avoiding this store altogether. read more

This store is AMAZING! I recently started coming in daily for my company and get greeted every time. The entire staff is amazing and so helpful. They always take care of me and help me get in and out quickly. I have loved getting to know Amy, Victoria, Aziz and Keegan (I can't remember everyone's name yet but they all are great!) I came in for a passport photo but after sending it off, it was rejected. The manager (owner possibly?) was VERY helpful and apologetic to help not only fix the issue but work with me to get the help I needed for my passport photo options. This store has posted that they are open to 7:00 PM. On February 15th, 2018 we needed to mail a package out that day. We arrived at the store at 6:45 to find that the staff was locking the door and leaving. They did not give any explanation or apologize for the inconvenience. This kind of customer service is deplorable and should not be tolerated. We will not continue to ship from this location since they can not even maintain their posted hours. read more

I've used this store for package drop offs for many years and they have been friendly and quick. I made copies this morning and made the mistake of not asking price per copy. I was charged 23 cents for each black and white copy. I questioned the charge and was told it was correct. I informed them that it's twice as much as FedEx and 3x the price at the UPS on Ira E Woods (they charge 7 cents a copy). The cashier confirmed the price. $6 for 24 copies is outrageous. I called and spoke to a manager who seemed unphased at his price. He offered to charge me 10 cents a copy if I came back to have the difference refunded which is appreciated. I make hundreds of copies a week for educational outreach and will not be returning to that store. Sounds like a Southlake upcharge. read more

I drove all the way from Roanoke to return an amazon package to be told it would be $2.08 to print the return slip. I've never paid that much for a print pretty much anywhere before. Worst UPS Store ever! I've never been upset after leaving a store. I had to drop off a package that I had a return label for, but I did not have said return label. I asked for them to print it off and they told me that would be $1. Then they told me they only provide ONE strip of tape to ship the box. My box would need more than one strip so they charged me $5!!! I highly suggest people use any other UPS Store besides this one. I had documents I needed bound and I left and went somewhere else to do that. read more
