Clean, friendly, and great service. What more do you want from a UPS store. Pro tip: save a trip to the post office by dropping off USPS stuff here as well. This UPS Store often does not have a Notary available. Okay, that is understandable. But they NEVER answer their phone, and you cannot leave a message. So you drive to the store day after day only to find they are once again without a notary "today". Answer the phone. If I call repeatedly and it rings and rings and then gives a message that no one is available, but then does not let me leave a message, this is very poor customer service. I should not have to drive in to find out your promised service is not available yet again today. read more

So, I almost didn't go to this UPS location due to the review posted in 2013. Because of it's location and where I was headed it made the most sense. Thankfully I had a fabulous experience with the entire store including the man working at the counter. They had the supplies I needed and he helped us select the best rate for shipping. My daughter was also with me and she had her measuring tape. When it came time to measure the package the clerk asked her if she'd like to help him and she gave him the measurements. The store contained a small play area with books, a table, and some toys. If I need to mail another package UPS while in town I will be heading back to this location. read more

I usually don't go out of my way to write a negative review but this experience at the local UPS store was very frustrating. If I had read a review like this, I could have avoided not one but two bad experiences. I called a few days ago to see if a document could be printed and bound with plastic binding within an hour's time. The woman on the phone assured me that yes, that would be no problem and instructed me to email the document to the store. I sent the email, complete with my contact info, and went about my day. Two hours later (I ended up having more time than I thought) I showed up at the store and there was no sign of my document. They had no idea why it fell through the cracks. They printed it while I waited and apologized for the confusion. I figured stuff happens, no problem. So yesterday I realized I needed to have another booklet printed. I double checked the store hours before sending in my emailed request again, and saw that the store was still open for several hours that evening and an hour this morning before my designated pick up time. My email contained my contact info again, as well as a request to contact me if for some reason this print and bind request could not be completed by my designated time. It takes less than 10 minutes to print and bind this booklet, and since there were several hours between my request and my pick up time, I can't see how it would be an issue, but I included my request to contact me just in case! Lo and behold, I showed up at 9am this morning to pick up my booklet and they had no idea what I was talking about. The woman printed and bound the booklet while I waited, but this time it made me late for an appointment with a client. I had to call and push my appointment back because I was still waiting on my booklet. She said I should have called ahead and this wouldn't have happened, but I did call ahead last time and it still happened. If you're in need of printing services, I cannot possibly recommend this UPS store. I would have made this a one star review if it weren't for the friendliness of the staff. I will say that every staff member during both of my visits was very friendly and efficient. They were all very apologetic as well. I did ship a document from this store during my first visit and had absolutely no trouble with that, so if you need to ship something I'm sure this is a fine place to go for that service. read more

Really disappointed with the service and price of shipping a package today. Person was not very helpful and wanted $150 for shipping a package to the kids. Went to FedEx and shipped for a lot less. I don't ship often but ruined my ideas that UPS was less expensive. Will go with the other guys next time. read more

I'm usually dropping prepaid return packages through USPS and even though they are a UPS store they always provide any additional tape or packaging that I need, no questions asked. This place is the worst. I downloaded the Yelp app just to write this review. I have been to this store twice to pick up packages. The first time I went in, the guy working told me, "well I don't know where your package is...do you see it?" Oh am I supposed to know what a box I've never seen looks like on your unorganized pile of packages that are strewn throughout? Umm okay? A simple "no" sufficed. He didn't take it out of the system, so I keep getting notifications that it hasn't been picked up yet. 2nd time I went in? Well...the lady looked at all the boxes & couldn't find it. She found it after 10 minutes - after she questioned my name (because she thought I didn't know my name), and then she made me sign a post-it because she couldn't find any forms. How unprofessional. She didn't check my license either, so anyone could have taken my package. Well heck, anyone could have taken it. I'd rather drive a little further than ever go to this place again. read more

Excellent service!! My package was shipped out in no time. I've never had a problem with this location. The two gentleman that work during the evening are EXTREMELY helpful. I had to ship two large portraits that were family heirlooms last week and they arrived in tact with great packing around them! Not any fault of theirs, BUT do not use their shredding service! It's not secure! It is a big cart from Iron Mountain that has a lock on it, that the employees know the combination. Also the cart has a huge entry portal that they can easily put their hands in a get your documents out. Wth? read more

Repeated mistakes have literally cost us. They took one box to be sent overnight, smeared the label, and it was delivered to us instead of the customer. We had to re-ship it and pay for shipping again. They said an international customer account number was good, shipped the package internationally, and then billed us for the shipping cost a month later saying the account number wasn't valid. Excuse me, you validated it before you shipped. Making it worse was horrible customer service by UPS. UPS phone support says we can't talk to you, you're not the people who have the shipping account. The customer who had the shipping account and received the product said go talk to UPS. (Shipping was equal to the price of the goods they just received essentially for free.) After two months of trying to get help, UPS MANAGEMENT blamed us, though we sent them copies of the customer order and UPS paperwork stating the customer was going to pay for shipping ... and that the customer account shipped on was correct. UPS came back and said maybe it is your mistake, or you need to go collect from your customer. The customer who said go talk to this UPS management person. UPS screwed up repeatedly, and now UPS corporate is failing to provide basic customer service. Do not use UPS. read more

I will never use this store to pack and ship ANYTHING again! I dropped off a pair of vintage wall speakers to be packed and shipped, asking to have them separately bubble wrap each speaker and then put bubble wrap around both. Instead they shipped the speakers in a box with only packing paper. They arrived at the destination badly damaged. When I contacted the store they said "Oh, we'll talk to our employee about it, but you'll have to talk to UPS about the damage". It wasn't the shipper's fault though, it was the poor packing. I left a message for the owner/manager and asked him to call me, but never heard from him. I started using this store because I heard that the owner lived in my neighborhood and wanted to support my neighbors, but it turned out to be a bad decision. I've since used another shipping store in Grapevine that did a much better and more professional job of packing. I wish I could give this UPS store NEGATIVE stars. read more

Too bad there is not a NEGATIVE FIVE star rating available! I had 14 lightweight, but hard to handle packages (18x24x3) already labeled and ready for drop off. I brought one in, spoke with one of the young men, told him what I had, and asked to borrow a dolly. I couldn't get them all on the dolly so I had to hand carry a couple of stacks. The two guys stood at the counter -no other customers in the store - and watched me struggle with the door TWICE. As I went out to get the boxes loaded on the dolly, I asked, "Could one if you at least hold the door?!" One hopped over the counter and stood holding the door open while I struggled to get the boxes hoisted up. Boxes tumbled everywhere and he stood there, ten feet from me, continuing to hold the door and thumb through his phone. I asked, somewhat exasperated, "Could you lend a hand?!" At which point he did, but scolded me, saying that he was there to offer customer service, but I needed to ask him more politely AND I needed to specify each task I would like help with. He didn't help me with the tumbling boxes, he said, because he was holding the door, which is all I had asked him to do. I was flabbergasted! Ultimately, my shipment was refused because I was not specific enough with my initial customer service expectations and I was not polite enough when I did spell it out (hold the door open, lend a hand with tumbling boxes). Interestingly enough, they both were very capable and helpful, working together to get all my boxes back out to my car AND LOADED, without a single prompt from me. Go figure. UPDATE: After reading the only two favorable reviews for this store, I'm pretty certain they were written by the "you only asked me to hold the door" kid posting under a false profile. "Micheal F." has what looks to be an American Veteran's photo, but his review of a local stoner shop begins with, "This place is ASS..." read more
