I sent an important document to a rural address in Oklahoma from the Central Drive, Bedford, Tx location on a Saturday. I paid $19 for it to be there on Wednesday. I used UPS because the United States post office for the recipient's rural address is an unsecured (mail box at the street). When the UPS delivery didn't arrive on Wednesday as promised, I found out it had been delivered to the Tulsa post office at noon on Wednesday far from the local post office in the town of the recipient. On Thursday the US post office put a pink slip in the rural mail box for the recipient to pickup the UPS envelope at their post office. The recipient was made to pay the post office $22.00 for the package, or it would be returned to Bedford Texas. The owner of the UPS location on Central Drive in Bedford said he would refund me the $22.00 as a COURTESY', but not the $19.00 I paid to have it delivered by Wednesday. When I said I should be reimbursed the $19.00 as well, the owner said I wasn't 'worth his time'. So I'll go to their store and pick up the $22.00, and won't go to their store again. As far as their advertised guarantee, well ...... they should receive a zero Yelp review, and a minus zero Yelp review for poor customer service and attitude. read more

TURN AROUND AND HEAD TOWARD THE UPS STORE AT COLLEYVILLE AND GLADE. This UPS is painfully slow. They only have one person helping customers no matter how long the line is. There is a second employee doing something behind the counter, but he is not aware enough to stop what he is doing and address the long line. This is not good customer service. At the Colleyville Blvd. location, not only does the second employee hop on a register whenever there is a line, but when the customer being helped needs a few moments at the front to fill out a form or find change in their wallet, the employee scans Amazon return codes for customers in the line. This ability to toggle between customers makes the line move much faster and makes me a happy customer. The Bedford location would be wise to observe and replicate. read more

I went to ship a dress back to a retailer. I don't have a printer so I was not able to print out the free return mailing label. The man who helped me was very nice, and talked me through how to send it to him so he could print it out. There was a minimal charge for this but it was very low and not really a problem. I was able to return the item with his help and it was easier than I anti . I am closer to the Grapevine location but after reading their reviews, I wasn't going to go there ! This UPS store is relatively new, and it is *always* busy. The folks there are friendly and helpful. There are a variety of services available, including printing, copying, and notary service in addition to the typical packing and shipping. Consequently, there is almost always a wait in line. With the current social distancing, that leaves just a few designated spots that are 6' apart inside the store - waiting outside is not uncommon during peak times. When I went in today, I just needed to drop off an Amazon return, but both work stations had customers requesting time consuming services. While I waited, I enjoyed looking at the fun selection of greeting cards. Normally I'm in too much of a rush to stop and look. This time I ended up purchasing funny cards to send to friends and loved ones that I haven't been able to see due to social distancing. In summary, I had to wait to conduct a simple transaction, but I didn't mind at all. When I was finally helped, the service was very courteous. My advise is this: be prepared to wait. read more

I went to this store on Central Drive sometime between 12 and 1 pm on 12/14/22. I needed to get copies of my IDs notarized. First off, the person I talked to refused to make copies of my IDs, and then he kept telling me he wouldn't sign anything saying something about Texas Law wouldn't allow him to sign anything, and kept talking about some letter I needed and which I later found out was the True Copy Affidavit. Here's the ACTUAL Texas Notary Laws: 6- Certifying Copies Texas notaries are allowed to certify copies of original documents as true copies. The duty of a notary in this instance is to personally make a photocopy of an original unaltered document and certify that the copy is a true copy. A Texas notary CANNOT certify a copy of a public record or a publicly recorded document. That is, a Texas notary cannot certify a copy of an original if certified copies can be requested from a government agency or other institution that issues certified copies of official documents. For example, a notary can never certify copies of birth certificates, marriage licenses, divorce records, school transcripts, tax returns, deeds, mortgages, or any other document that is in government custody or that has been recorded in the public records. A Texas notary public can perform these five authorized duties through both traditional notarizations and online notarizations. However, a Texas notary is prohibited from: Issuing an identification card Helping to prepare legal documents Advertising as a "notario publico" Assisting with immigration matters Giving legal advice or accepting fees for legal advice if not licensed to practice law in Texas Signing documents using a name other than the name in which he or she was commissioned You see the part where it says "The duty of a notary in this instance is to personally make a photocopy of an original unaltered document and certify that the copy is a true copy"? So first off, him telling me what Texas Law is is giving legal advice that is false. He COULD have made copies of my IDs and signed the True Copy Affidavit. So he didn't make copies of my IDs, he wouldn't notarized the photocopies, even though that's what it says to do on the IRS website, he would not provide me with a True Copy Affidavit, he would not help me at all. But for some reason when I went to the UPS store on highway 26, the person there made copies of my IDs, got a True Copy Affidavit out and helped me get my identifications notarized so that I can submit the to the IRS website and verify my identity and receive a Paid Tax preparer Identification Number (PTIN). I'm not a notary, so tell me why I had to go to a bank and then another ups store to get the same thing done at that store? How would you expect someone that's not a notary to know about the True Copy Affidavit? The notary is the one that is supposed to know how to notarize things and tell me what I need to do, and that is exactly what happened at the store on highway 26. read more

This store is by far the best UPS location I have been to. If I am not mistaken, Anthony calls me by my first name which is very nice and makes a difference for sure. They typically have a few patrons in there when I stop by but there is never but a few minutes you may have to wait and it's well worth it. The customer experience here smokes the other UPS stores. First up the notary at this location is very condescending and ignorant. I made the misstep of getting a mailbox here before actually making sure the people in the establishment were competent. I asked the notary to notarize something and he misquoted Texas law to me then talked over me when I tried to explain to him he was in fact wrong and I have the statutes not only memorized but on my phone. If I know the law and your job better than you I'm not paying you, I'll go to my regular notary who actually knows the laws surrounding my matters. I wish I could have paid someone who was competent for my mailbox but at this point I'll swallow the money and drive the extra time to my usual notary. Idk how you can be so dim and rude at the same time but congrats. The icing on top was him insinuating I could not have written the affidavits and paperwork that I needed notarized..... was it because I was in my workout clothes or because I am female? I went to this UPS Store this morning to ship something of a medical nature that had to be at UPS by 10:30am. This store is closest to my house so I wanted to make a quick drop off before work. I arrived at the store at 7:45 so that I could get in and out. At 8:10, the store still wasn't open.
