Best quality and pricing there is, and also has a very responsive customer service team. Just last week I had an urgent order that needed to be made/proofed as soon as possible and they delivered the products with overnight shipping (*granted I made a lot of adjustments to the bookmark designs which resulted in the delay). They are extremely accommodating and I am more than happy to work with them again. Since this is their first review in Yelp, my business is called Loy Merchandise and I can vouch for them! Attached below are some of the bookmarks I've done with them, absolute premium texture which survived the hailstorm during the outdoor event a few days ago!

Buyer beware of Lenovo laptop warranty validation. On November 27, 2020, I purchased a Lenovo laptop from Office Depot. The laptop is great and I have had no issues with it. Problems started when I attempted to register the laptop with Lenovo so it could be covered under their 1 year warranty policy. When I attempted to complete the registration online, the system responded with a message that it was out of date. I found the validation date was May 2020, (I suppose when Office Depot purchased it from Lenovo) and I could not receive the benefit of a full 12 months. With a purchase date of May 2020, that shortened my coverage 5 months. I had to file a ticket with Lenovo and wait almost 10 days to contest the original purchase date. They required me to submit documentation of purchase. Another 5 days of waiting and they finally changed the purchase date to Nov. 27, so I could have 12 months on my warranty. I have never had this issue with warranty validation until now.

While they have self-print services, we went to the full print services counter to get expert advice for our project. The employee offered several suggestions and great ideas that we decided to incorporate into our project. I was amazed that they could do everything we wanted them to do and have in already by the next day. Of course we agreed to work with them, it was a no-brainer! As I was leaving I looked around and was very impressed at everything you can do here. They literally have workstations and free Wi-Fi so you can work right there. They have a wide variety of point of purchase products for presentations, posters, banners, flags, business cards, table tents and more. This is definitely a one-stop kind of store for business needs!

Sheena coordinated the project, and Linda in graphics provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Sheena was incredibly responsive, and Linda patiently explained CMYK versus RGB colors and how they affect printing. Their expertise and attention to detail made the process much easier. I also highly recommend ordering a hard-copy proof before approving your print run--it's so helpful to see everything in person! Very reasonably priced. The team was very patient and understanding when I needed extra time to get answers from my boss. The finished cards turned out beautifully, and we love the soft-touch finish. My boss was also impressed by the thank-you note she received in the mail. Such a thoughtful personal touch! We will definitely use them again. Recommended to me by a friend-- I cannot say enough great…read morethings about Smart Ship & Print in Euless, Texas! Mrs. Shepherd and her team truly saved the day for me. My children were in a play, and the director had a wish list of items, including programs and a banner, but due to timing, she didn't think it would be possible. I worked on the graphics and, despite the recent ice storm, Smart Ship & Print was still open and able to bring everything to life! Not only did they print everything beautifully, but Mrs. Shepherd went above and beyond. My original measurements were off, and if she had printed it as I sent it, it would have been a disaster. Thankfully, Mrs. Shepherd's keen eye for detail caught the issues, and she restructured the design to ensure it looked professional and polished. I needed business cards at the last minute, and she was able to get them done for me in under an hour! The quality was fantastic, and I couldn't believe how quickly she delivered them. The final products were absolutely stunning, and I received so many compliments. Mrs. Shepherd's dedication, attention to detail, and customer service were unmatched. Plus, her prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of work she delivers, which is so important for a small business like mine. I am so grateful for Mrs. Shepherd and Smart Ship & Print. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of high-quality printing and outstanding service. Thank you, Mrs. Shepherd--your hard work made a huge difference, and I wish you continued success with your business! A really lovely place to rent a mailbox. They have in person boxes or this really cool system called Virtual mail box. The lovely and knowledgeable woman working there explains it well. You get an email with a scan of your new mail and they'll open it or shred for you and scan it- so you don't even have to pick up mail. Awesome for people who travel- like me! And you can get packages there too. I'm sorry I wasted money on a pi box cuz I'm already getting complaints of people who don't want to send me stuff. I'll be getting one here in a month or so. It's a cute building too- it looks like a remodeled vintage gas station or maybe an oil change place. Find them in Euless on Main Street !
