I was trying to return a large item back that I had purchased online, and the seller had messed up on return labeling, they offered all the support to be able to ship the item back, they even had messed email the labels to them, and they printed them for us. I've been using this FedEx location for the past couple of years. The entire team at this location are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate every time I go in to send a package or envelope, there is plenty of people working. I don't even recall a time where I e had to wait more than 2 minutes and most of the time, I walk right up to the counter. Mi noticed some of the reviews don't reflect the current service, so before you turn away, give this location a chance. Don't let reviews that are 3+ years old deter you. read more

Had to learn my lesson the hard way by not choosing FedEx Office. Staples, Office Depot, and whomever else pretends to be a copy/ship company are not on the same level as FedEx. Every location is roughly the same in services offered, along with friendly, helpful staff. Don't usually use this particular one, but I was in and out in no time at all. Employees at the FedEx Kinkos on Glade Road in Euless are great. They are extremely knowledgeable and always provide excellent service.

I showed up 10 minutes before close to print emergency documents to get a new ID and forgot my debit card! As I was unable to use Apple Pay, I left feeling defeated. As I was sitting in my car, the employee who had been working came out and actually asked me what I needed to print and was able to get my simple documents printed for me! I've been a long time customer of FedEx, and mostly have my packages picked up. However, sometimes it makes sense to drop something off if you're either headed in the direction of this shanty town or have something else to do in the area. This location was never good by any stretch of the imagination, however, the staff has somehow colluded to make it even worse. On one recent visit, a flippant young female employee asked me for $3 to use their tape. Then after repeating herself three times claimed to only be joking after I starred her straight in the eyes, and pointed our her poor attempt at exotrsion. Also this same employee attempted leapfrogging other customers ahead of me in line. FedEx policy requires employees to H-tape boxes if they aren't already configured as such, however, this location has never volunteered to do so. Parking is horrendous, with the cargo ramp blocked by handicapped spots. There should be 2 ramps, one for handicapped access and one for the truck or customers requiring the loading cart. Now that Walgreens accepts Ground and Express packages, I will reluctantly be using them as my drop off point of last resort. The location in Grapevine, while difficult to navigate to, is far superior. read more

I came in on a rainy day. The guy at the desk held the door open for me since my package was huge and heavy. Everything was super fast even though the guy who came in behind me didn't seem to think so based on his face. When I got in the guy weighed my box, input the address information, I swiped my card and he gave me a receipt less than 10 mins. read more

Went to the UPS store first and was very disappointed and it was overpriced. Decided to try FedEx and the price for shipping a package was much more reasonable. The girl who helped me was not the best but the price was better. Guess I will use Fedex all time. read more

I get decent service here when shipping items. The only bug is the long lines waiting for service. Compare that to UPS screwing up domestic and international orders, either sending items to us instead of the customer or accepting customer orders for shipping before coming back and saying, "No, you pay it." Talked to UPS management, and their responses ranged from "It must be your fault" and "we'll fix it in a week, and another week, and in a month" to "go collect from your customer if they gave you a bad account number". This Fedex office is far better than the UPS location on Hall Johnson. read more

This FedEx location is a museum of ineptitude. Should you decide to visit, you will be tantalized with exhibits like Inexplicable Pricing, Inefficient Service, and my favorite: Insulting the Customer. When I visited, I got to see a two hour demonstration of what an inept associate might do when attempting to ship a package. My package was not actually shipped, despite the lengthy demonstration and four charges on two different credit cards. Once the show was over, I was insulted a final time before the associate recommended that I "go try UPS." read more

Costs $8 to fax 5 pages to a Dallas number. What an incredible ripoff. Try Staples. And I'm not sure if they understand what customer service is. The girl didn't know how to work the fax. Who doesn't know how work a fax?? The owner was less than helpful. read more
