The machine is now back to me now that it is December 2025, but I do not know if it is fixed, they kept the pedal and power cord, and are refusing to give it back stating I never dropped it off, and there was a notation as such. That is 100% not true, I called and we will see how this issue resolves but for right now this is a headache, and he had a very condescending tone over the phone to put a nasty cherry on this sundae of disappointment. Week 4, I called to check on product as she never called. They already charged me mind you, and she said I never approved the logo so that's why it's not complete. I have email proof that I replied and approved the logo with in the hour of them asking if I like and approve the logo. Now she says it will take another 2 weeks. Very disappointed. I paid them to create a pdf of my logo. Either I keep doing business with Kathy and her bad attitude or I go elsewhere and pay again for pdf on my logo. Oh well. Just venting I guess!!

I came for an activity with my friend as she was visiting Dallas and this was so much fun. I love interactive activities so this was so my vibe. My friend made phone cases and I made a drip bear. Allow yourself time for the drip bear if you make it, maybe 1-2 hours. It was such a process but worth it at the end for me lol. The instructors will walk you through the process and help any questions if needed. They offer things like water bottles, rugs, mirrors, hair clips, drip bears and soooo much more on their menu to create. They also offer snacks at the counter if interested but we were able to bring outside drinks from the nearby establishments.
