The job proved to be a little difficult, but Amy and Alex took the time and worked it out. The finished product was beyond my wildest dreams. And the cost was more than reasonable. His number was written on a piece of paper ALONG with the instructions. If you guys did not have the instructions, you did NOT have his number. We never received a call/voicemail or text. You guys have handled this ungracefully. Next time, just apologize to the customer. Instead of saying "we didn't know what you wanted on there" and handing them back their trophy then proceeding to lie about reaching out to us.

We were able to do the whole thing via the phone and internet...and I couldn't be happier with how my sign looks! Even the people who came out to install it were awesome!! I was very surprised at how fast everything was done. I had to make a zillion changes before production per my landlord and they were consistently patient with me and always helpful.
