I was in the area and I asked Gemini where the closest place to where I was that I could get an ice/food scoop. It told me US Foods Chef Store was the closest place to get one, so I made the trip! I was impressed at the selection and quality of the food items here, as I made my way to the ice/food scoops. While I was impressed at the food selection, I was not as impressed. They only had two sizes in stock, one was way bigger than I needed, and the other was too small to be useful to me, so I had to go back to Gemini to go get help finding my right size scoop! I must recognize the employees on my visit. They were very friendly and super helpful!

I've been to many HomeGoods locations across DFW. This store has a good variety of items and is…read morerelatively kept well. However, this store is a combination of both a HomeGoods and TJ Maxx, with only 1 checkout line. Because of that, the lines are insanely long here. There are many times I've wanted to just drop by and casually window shop, but I immediately walk out because of the line. Another HomeGoods I frequent often has two checkout lines in the store. I know the cashiers are doing their best to keep up with the demand, but the store should really hire more staff and manage schedules better so the checkout lanes are better staffed on busy weekends. Another inconvenience is the store is extremely hot, especially as we approach the Texas summer. I was uncomfortably sweating in the checkout line in addition to waiting over an hour. The workers are lovely though and customer service is great; I just wish there were more of them! I've purchased some great finds at this location, but I would only shop here during non-peak hours.
