The supervisor stated that they do not return small items (i.e. small purchases) We asked her where is that written because the note at the register states they allow returns within 30 days Then supervisor said that she would return but keep 25% for restocking fee I told her, now you've given two different stories in less than 5 minutes... which one is true. I offered to place the items back on the shelf (would have taken less than on minute) but she said .. .that's not what restocking fee means and then referred to large purchases (my return would have been approx. $100) I advised the supervisor that I'm not giving her $25 for nothing and left store asking her 'Is your business that desperate for money?' So at what point does anyone care about A. Being honest B. Not blatantly making up rules C. Customer service D. Overall wanting repeat business. It's 2024, if you have humans working to represent your store like the above.. GOOD LUCK!

I have never returned or exchanged any one item at RD, but today I was returning some fresh basil I had purchased on Tuesday, 4/06/2021, late in the afternoon. It was black & soggy in the middle of the bag. All I wanted was to exchange my basil. Well, Miss Attitude barked at me...if you had put it in the fridge it would still be fresh. And also, anyone baking out of their home for small business could benefit from the quality and cost. I was lead here randomly because I saw they offered restaurant quality baby high-chairs (you know those wooden ones). I hate the plastic over $100 ones they sell in mainstream stores, the legs are cheap and annoying. I love the simplicity and effectiveness and style of restaurant quality high-chairs so was able to get these brand new in box for $25. I am so thrilled. The man working there was super helpful even though I am not a huge buyer, he helped me find a good deal on plates and bowls. He was a great man to help me. I will definitely be back to buy more kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. I should have bought some pitchers and coffee stainless steel creamer pourers, but I didn't have much time, I'll be back to the store soon.
