The supervisor stated that they do not return small items (i.e. small purchases) We asked her where is that written because the note at the register states they allow returns within 30 days Then supervisor said that she would return but keep 25% for restocking fee I told her, now you've given two different stories in less than 5 minutes... which one is true. I offered to place the items back on the shelf (would have taken less than on minute) but she said .. .that's not what restocking fee means and then referred to large purchases (my return would have been approx. $100) I advised the supervisor that I'm not giving her $25 for nothing and left store asking her 'Is your business that desperate for money?' So at what point does anyone care about A. Being honest B. Not blatantly making up rules C. Customer service D. Overall wanting repeat business. It's 2024, if you have humans working to represent your store like the above.. GOOD LUCK!

I was in the area and I asked Gemini where the closest place to where I was that I could get an ice/food scoop. It told me US Foods Chef Store was the closest place to get one, so I made the trip! I was impressed at the selection and quality of the food items here, as I made my way to the ice/food scoops. While I was impressed at the food selection, I was not as impressed. They only had two sizes in stock, one was way bigger than I needed, and the other was too small to be useful to me, so I had to go back to Gemini to go get help finding my right size scoop! I must recognize the employees on my visit. They were very friendly and super helpful!

There were a few items that were a little bit higher, but overall most items are cheaper by at least one dollar or more. We ended up buying their fruit shape ice cream which was about one dollar leas than the other asian stores I saw. It would be great if this store expands all the way to Missouri.

Due to the high demand and the hype they got on social media, a lot of stuff were out of stock especially in the freezer, so you might have to come back in the future to see more options. I've always seen U-Edit on the corner of the shopping strip but never ventured in. I finally got me something I could take to them and in I went! I go in and give them my two reels. "I'd like this wedding video transferred to DVD, please." "Sure, no problem. We have a 250 foot minimum. It's $.15/foot. Looks like you'll have under the 250 minimum..." "Okay. How long will it take?" "Oh, about 4-6 weeks" "Alright. Call me when it comes in." It came in right as they had estimated. Right around 4 weeks and all-in-all, I'm pretty happy with it. They try to document any problems with the film and noted that it was overexposed or had artifacts or was cloudy. It's a 40 year old reel of film. I don't expect it to be perfect. Now we have the reels preserved on a DVD and this Sunday when my family gets together for dinner, we'll watch it for the first time all together. I'm excited. Thanks U-Edit. I don't know what part I played in the editing, but I couldn't care less.

I was lead here randomly because I saw they offered restaurant quality baby high-chairs (you know those wooden ones). I hate the plastic over $100 ones they sell in mainstream stores, the legs are cheap and annoying. I love the simplicity and effectiveness and style of restaurant quality high-chairs so was able to get these brand new in box for $25. I am so thrilled. The man working there was super helpful even though I am not a huge buyer, he helped me find a good deal on plates and bowls. He was a great man to help me. I will definitely be back to buy more kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. I should have bought some pitchers and coffee stainless steel creamer pourers, but I didn't have much time, I'll be back to the store soon.
