I was impressed at the selection and quality of the food items here, as I made my way to the ice/food scoops. While I was impressed at the food selection, I was not as impressed. They only had two sizes in stock, one was way bigger than I needed, and the other was too small to be useful to me, so I had to go back to Gemini to go get help finding my right size scoop! Everything was explained really well, and the instructors made the experience fun and easy to follow, even for someone who isn't a professional cook. We made our own dressing for the arugula salad, and when I tell you it was amazing, I thought about that salad for days afterward. It was honestly one of my favorite parts of the class. I had never had gnocchi before, and it was really, really good. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. We also learned some great tips for preparing steak that I wasn't aware of, and I've already started using them at home. Overall, it was a great experience. The class was informative, hands-on, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it to others, and I plan on coming back to try the knife skills class and probably a few other classes as well.

The chicken had a golden brown skin, cooked perfectly. Tasty and crispy. The kale salad had a great flavor thanks to the nice dressing that you make. The lemon tart is made first due to the amount of work and steps involved. It is a nice treat to go with the meal. The artichokes are delicious and you add some of the aioli you make and it is so tasty. Probably my favorite part. You do the cooking yourself but Chef Kate guided us from beginning to end. Happily answering all questions. She made everything so easy and instructed us the whole time.. After you take a class you get $10 off another class and 10% off a purchase in the store. Hello fellow Yelpers and Yelpettes…read more I went to get some actual FOOD SAFE containers for my pets. The containers that I had were NOT food safe for humans or pets. These products are being sold at various pet food stores and major retailers. Unfortunately, almost ALL pet food safe bowl are NOT safe and are leaching out Manganese into my pets food. I purchased some chemical testing liquid off Amazon. Any pet safe food bowl(s), containers should be marked with either the 304 or 316 stamp on the containers. Also look for the NSF, National Sanitation Foundation which grades food grade items for human use. Fortunately I found ACE Restaurant supply. The staff is very friendly and knows their products. The gentlemen that assisted me was..DARE..i say.. "AWESOME!!!" I rest better knowing that my pets won't have Manganese leached into their food. (Which may cause cognitive issues with your fur babies.) 1. Great service. 2. Parking is great. 3. They are almost in downtown Dallas, at least this location is. 4. The supervisor stated that they do not return small items (i.e. small purchases) We asked her where is that written because the note at the register states they allow returns within 30 days Then supervisor said that she would return but keep 25% for restocking fee I told her, now you've given two different stories in less than 5 minutes... which one is true. I offered to place the items back on the shelf (would have taken less than on minute) but she said .. .that's not what restocking fee means and then referred to large purchases (my return would have been approx. $100) I advised the supervisor that I'm not giving her $25 for nothing and left store asking her 'Is your business that desperate for money?' So at what point does anyone care about A. Being honest B. Not blatantly making up rules C. Customer service D. Overall wanting repeat business. It's 2024, if you have humans working to represent your store like the above.. GOOD LUCK!
