Been meaning to write this for a few months and better late than not at all…read more I ran out of a supplement that helps my digestion and it really is something I use everyday and feel the difference. it was sold out everywhere including from the seller directly. I searched and searched to see if I could find it elsewhere and stumbled onto RockWall Nutrition thanks to my bff Google! Called direct to make sure was legit since I am in California and not familiar with this store. Jacklyn ( hope I said name correct) who answered the phone was amazing. Went over the top and beyond customer service to help me. She wanted to make sure they had what I needed, wanted to confirm that it was in stock, was showing it was but wanted to make sure, not just by what computer read. She said let me have your # I will confirm with owner( believe she said Julie was owners name ) wanted to confirm this is in stock. She called me back , wow , right!! And they had 4 in stock , I bought all 4 and she shipped them off to me and even gave me a little discount. Matching what it showed online. NOW , that is how it is done!!!! More businesses can learn from RockWall Nutrition. Customer service is hit and miss these days with most companies missing that mark. I will not forget this company from California to Texas finding a diamond in the ruff when my digestion was feeling rough. Great Gratitude! Keep being amazing You Jacklyn and Julie!! Julie you have a GREAT gal there working or you!! Happy New friend from afar Ev

I joined the gym as a part of their 6 week challenge, but I will continue being a member once the challenge is done as I've really enjoyed coming here. This gym is not a huge chain where the faces are unfamiliar or you feel like you're just another member. The trainers and other staff members take the time to get to know you, and it has a very supportive atmosphere. At any given time you can see people of all ages and abilities working out, and no one is made to feel as though they don't belong. The trainers have helped me to restart my fitness journey and have made the beginning as "easy" as possible. They are very knowledgable and don't mind answering whatever questions arise. I would definitely recommend this gym!

I used to frequent a store called Super Supplements several years ago in Idaho and Washington…read more After several bad experiences, a dramatic shift in what they carry in their store, and their employees just making things up, I quit going there. I recently found myself in need of some products that were sold by Super Supplements and decided to see if I could find one in Texas. Instead what I found is that they had been acquired by the Vitamin Shoppe and that there was one just a few miles from home. I decided to give them a try, but had very low expectations based on my past experiences with Super Supplements. The store is clean and organized, but small. I was a little disappointed that nobody asked if they could help me find anything after I'd been in the store awhile, but when I went to the counter and showed her a picture of what I was looking for, she walked me right to it and was very friendly. Overall a great experience.

I explained that it was my first time there and that I had a few questions about their services. Suddenly, a random girl from across the bar of people interrupted, saying, "What do you want?" Confused, I hesitated, not sure who to address, and she repeated, "What do you want? I work here too." I explained that I had never been there before but generally knew how I liked my smoothies and had some questions. She snapped back, "We don't do fruit smoothies; they're protein-based." Given that the place is connected to a gym, I assumed that was obvious, but fine. I clarified that I was indeed there for a protein-based smoothie, and I noticed fruit listed on the menu. When I asked if they could add fruit to the smoothie, a different woman chimed in aggressively, saying, No fruit at all. The entire experience felt hostile and unwelcoming. I had no idea who I should be talking to or why it seemed like they wanted me to leave.
