As we saw people testing water after it finally reopened 12 days later. This closed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and dry Sauna. The mens bathroom is nasty and we have complained to no avail. I posted multiple pictures so if it only shows 1 image realize there were 6 uploaded. When I posted earlier it just showed 1. FILTH, DIRT AND GRIM WITH HAIRBALLS ALL OVER THE SHOWERS. THIS IS NOT NEW AS WE HAVE SHOWN THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO TODAY (weeks and months ago) . SO I THOUGHT I WOULD POST PICTURES TO HELP THEM SEE IT. THIS IS FROM 3 DIFFERENT SHOWERS AT ROCKWALL TX 24 HOUR FITNESS. 24Hour - If you want someone to run this GYM correctly and get this place in shape I am available to make that happen. But it will require letting employees go that looked the other way and did nothing. I will bring in a team to manage this facility and grow this location and get rid of these negative reviews.

They've also recently changed the layout to accommodate for the different types of workouts. I've been a member of the YMCA, 24 hour fitness and Planet Fitness and this location offers ample floor space for ppl to simply stretch and/or do core workouts in lieu of having to navigate around equipment and/or infringing on a class like at the Y. I value things like that. They also offer different variations of leg, core, upper body strength training equipment so you don't have to constantly wait for machines like I've found at other locations. Now this may happen from time to time during peak hours but Ive found that the mornings it is a good crowd but not overwhelming. Women's locker area and bathrooms are clean. I wish they had saunas but there's not much more I would change, especially at this great price point! I did take off a point because outside of the app and/or occasional notes on the door, there's been times the gym has closed for emergencies which is an inconvenience when I'm not notified. Wish there was something they could send through the app??? In any case, I like PF and would recommend them.

After two years, this facility still meets all my initial requirements. When I joined, the owner of the gym, Frizz Poe, provided her cell phone in the event I ever need to contact her. I enjoy 24/7 access, and member safety is enhanced by 24/7 monitoring. If someone is looking for training assistance, licensed trainers are available for consultation. Unlike any gym I have ever joined, there is also a licensed physical therapist, Russell Darrington of Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy, located onsite. This is not a "Big Box" fitness center, so like anything else, you get what you pay for. The gym is not overcrowded, and all the members here are friendly and courteous.

I was willing to drive 20+ minutes three days per week because I loved my trainer ! My trainer ended employment there recently and I called to end my membership . I received a call back from Frizz who proceeded to speak very negatively about my trainer . I was shocked and disappointed that she, as a business owner would speak so negatively about someone I hold in high regard! And I further discovered that Frizz spoke of me personally to several others when I barely knew her at all . Very, very weird experience!

In one year I have doubled the weight I lift in each of the 4 stations: bench, squat, press, and dead lift. I feel stronger than I have since high school and boy has it improved my bowling. To be fair, you don't need strength to bowl. But strength gives you a real advantage and now I don't have to try to throw harder. At 65, I feel better than I ever have and you just can't buy that feeling. It takes work and the results will follow.

Def a no judgement zone! It's nice to see a range of athleticism from people who are "getting back into the swing of things" and people who are extremely fit. My favorite days are the weight/resistance days but after a cardio day I know it's what I need. I recommend this gym. Very clean too!
