I was willing to drive 20+ minutes three days per week because I loved my trainer ! My trainer ended employment there recently and I called to end my membership . I received a call back from Frizz who proceeded to speak very negatively about my trainer . I was shocked and disappointed that she, as a business owner would speak so negatively about someone I hold in high regard! And I further discovered that Frizz spoke of me personally to several others when I barely knew her at all . Very, very weird experience!

I have worked with a lot of sports coaches and trainers over the years and the entire staff's ability to observe skill & technique, make recommendations, and motivate appropriately for each individual is top notch. My wife does not have a exercise background and really benefited from getting a solid fitness foundation and enjoyment in "working out" from coach Justin. When I was repeatedly charged (after my cancellation), and I called to discuss it with the manager she asked me if I had my copy since it appeared that her copy had fallen through the cracks. One could jump to assumptions as to connecting my complaint to their 'accidentally' losing my paperwork, but why bother! They're either wholesome & ethical or not!

The workouts are intense but scaled to each individual so everyone can do a Crossfit workout. The coaches at CFR are fantastic. They are all certified and really understand how to help each person do the best they can without pushing beyond what is safe. I have never been as fit as I am today and I am more motivated than I was the first day I walked in the door. Today, just about every workout facility follows a Crossfit type program, functional fitness, interval training etc. The difference with Crossfit and especially Crossfit Rockwall is the community. The people at CFR are fantastic, very supportive and make it something you look forward to. If you are looking for a place that will really make a difference in your fitness, this is it.
