After two years, this facility still meets all my initial requirements. When I joined, the owner of the gym, Frizz Poe, provided her cell phone in the event I ever need to contact her. I enjoy 24/7 access, and member safety is enhanced by 24/7 monitoring. If someone is looking for training assistance, licensed trainers are available for consultation. Unlike any gym I have ever joined, there is also a licensed physical therapist, Russell Darrington of Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy, located onsite. This is not a "Big Box" fitness center, so like anything else, you get what you pay for. The gym is not overcrowded, and all the members here are friendly and courteous.

I communicated to the manager that went on install the app. I had all types of unwanted ads and such popping up on my phone that I could not stop. Get up to date already. When you are all done you get to get dressed in a locker room with music from the cleaners personal phone competing with the sound from the speakers overhead.....great way to end your work out, said no one ever.

There is a very simplistic feel to this gym...there may not be fancy equipment but everything they do is very effective. Travis is pretty hands on and makes sure you are doing exercises correctly to get the best results. He showed me how to improve my squat so that they were less harmful to my knees! I was also able to see some of his success stories there and these folks are inspiring! I was concerned about having a trainer who would be in tuned with the challenges I had. Christina was very communicative with me about my workouts and showed me that consistency brought about change. I looked forward to my morning workouts and didn't even realize how much stronger I was getting. As someone who has had chemo treatments and was osteopenic, within two years of strength training, my bone density improved so much that I was no longer in that range. As we saw people testing water after it finally reopened 12 days later. This closed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and dry Sauna. The mens bathroom is nasty and we have complained to no avail. I posted multiple pictures so if it only shows 1 image realize there were 6 uploaded. When I posted earlier it just showed 1. FILTH, DIRT AND GRIM WITH HAIRBALLS ALL OVER THE SHOWERS. THIS IS NOT NEW AS WE HAVE SHOWN THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO TODAY (weeks and months ago) . SO I THOUGHT I WOULD POST PICTURES TO HELP THEM SEE IT. It's hard to still stress about far away problems when at this very moment you are sweating, hot from the sauna and out of breath from the HIIT workout. The owner said it was a mistake And there was no card on file.I forgot about it until recently when i checked my credit, they kept running my card and racked up almost $500 of debt and sent it to collections. No warning, no nothing. Terrible place.
