I've only been to the Forney location and it's great! The instructors are legit and extremely humble. I went for Jiu Jitsu, but was talked into MMA also. I'm glad I did it, the instructor is a pro fighter and he was extremely patient and friendly. The Jiu Jitsu instructor is just as patient and cool. These guys have tons of connects. I been there 3 times and they spoke of well known Jiu Jitsu seminars in their gyms. Great place to do a drop in when you're traveling. The people there are all down to earth and very welcoming. I live in Lavon and this place is minutes from my house. I needed to get out of my comfort zone. Quaint Kempf I believe is the owner and is a former UFC fighter and he was giving up the tips and tricks with the foundation from day one. Muy Thai, Gi BJJ and No Gii, and Boxing as well. You don't even feel like you are putting in work and then you get up and there is a puddle of sweat on the mat. I literally have gone 2 days out of the week and have lost 25 lbs over the last 4 months. They motivate you and push you to get that work and you do it without even knowing. All the trainers here are so helpful and encouraging. You want a work out, they will make sure they give you one and you will leave the gym drenched in sweat and feeling accomplished. You will use muscles that you never knew you had LOL!. I'm doing the 6 week challenge so you have all sorts of sizes here and everyone EVERYONE is positive. My daughter participates with Wolfpack and I am very pleased to say that I am impressed with the staff and Coaches. At first when she told me she wanted to do MMA I was naturally concerned with the stigma behind some gyms I've heard about. I will proudly say I am very impressed with the family style environment and support that everyone offers each other when training here. My son was able to train here over summer as well in the children's class and he had soooo much fun! My daughter participates in the adult-teen classes. I highly recommend this place to anyone truly looking for a different approach into bettering themselves. Both locations are very well-kept up and well-maintained so no need to worry. The trainers that help you through each class not only motivate you to push yourself in each work out but also they will let you substitute any work out if it is past your capability of doing it. So don't worry if you're not able to do certain routines because you may find it difficult but after a week you will definitely get it down to where you will feel accomplished that you did. The flexibility. Now the flexibility that comes into this is amazing I was worried that going to these classes I was going to have to sacrifice my daily activities or have to miss some classes due to work but I was totally wrong. Scheduling classes around your day-to-day life is super easy classes can start from 5:30 AM or 8 PM depending on the day but the app will show you enough in advance to schedule it. You can schedule any amount of classes you want in a week or day. The trainers. I was super excited/nervous to meet some of the trainers just do too what they do but after doing just one class it was completely out the window I was more excited than ever to continue my classes and development on myself to make sure i keep coming back. Classes can range anywhere from two people all the way to 13. Each class is completely different even if you have the same coach/trainer when you come back to that class it's never the same routine they always make something different to make sure you keep coming back and get results. Kids. If you have children you cannot leave at home alone or find a babysitter don't worry you can bring them to the class with you. You will be able to see your kids no matter where you're at it's an all open floor plan. They also offer a wide range of classes for kids as well if they are interested in MMA boxing etc. they will love it. read more

Met the Owner (Quaint Kempf) on my first visit. He was a heck of a guy and very welcoming to my kids and myself! Was able to answer all my questions and more! He is a very humble guy for all his accomplishments he has had in the ring! He invited my 5 yr old daughter to come by and try the kids boxing class, which, was very awesome of him. Tonight we went back for my 5 y/o daughter to try out the kids boxing class and we were met by the instructor Ruben right as we walked through the door. Ruben was very friendly and helpful to my daughter! Even though my daughter was not ready for the kids boxing class, Ruben and his son were very patient towards her and worked well with her! My daughter chose not to finish the class and Ruben was very understanding and invited her to come back when a little older! Thank you Ruben for all your help tonight and thank you Kempf for letting us try it out for free with no charge! Definitely a great gym with great instructors and students! Joining Wolfpack MMA has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The instructors really know what they are doing and are committed to helping students learn. There are a variety of class packages that you can choose from; I chose the MMA package, and I love it. These guys over promise and under deliver. There was no "free month" as advertised. When unsatisfied with the class size and instruction, they would not let us out of the payments so I paid $600 for 2 classes for my son. I would not recommend this place. read more

My son joined WolfPack MMA back in June 11, 2012. Best decision my son and I made for him to learn Mixed Martial Arts. The instrutors are awesome! They been teaching son MMA aswell as sportssman ship and respected of others. He trains three times a week some time on Saturdays too. My son has lost weight and feels more energetic everyday.
