When I first wanted to enroll my son, I called other places around town. I wasn't impressed with the language barrier, and I couldn't get a straight answer to some of my questions about their training. When I called RBBA, the woman I spoke with was extremely nice and I felt so much better about them than anyone else from the other places. I was looking for a studio that would teach our children not just the physical side of taekwondo, but the mental aspect as well. I wanted our kids to be more confident! Rockwall Black Belt Academy values the tenets of taekwondo...integrity, courtesy, perseverance, self control, indomitable spirit...just as much as the physical training. That was really important to us as we didn't want to enroll our kids at a 'black belt farm'. RBBA has the perfect combination of training and competitions, too, (if you choose to compete), so the kids get a taste of what it's like to compete against their peers. Win! We've now been at RBBA for several years, and we couldn't be happier. The instructors are AMAZING, they push the kids to their full potential, and they're great with the parents!
