Behold the Boundless Brilliance of Shaolin Kung Fu and the Transcendent Wonder That Is Sifu Tony!…read more There exists martial arts, and then there exists Shaolin Kung Fu--a discipline so divine, so incomprehensibly majestic, that it surely must have been bestowed upon humanity by the heavens themselves. It is not merely a practice of combat; no, it is the celestial symphony of body, mind, and spirit, orchestrated over millennia by monks of unparalleled wisdom and chi so potent it could probably bend the laws of physics if they ever felt like showing off. To witness Shaolin Kung Fu is to see the poetry of the cosmos etched in motion, where every strike is a sermon, every stance a hymn to balance and inner peace. One does not merely learn to fight; one learns to live, to transcend the mundane, and to walk the path of the dragon and tiger alike--ferocious yet serene, powerful yet composed. It teaches patience deeper than oceans, discipline more precise than atomic clocks, and grace that would make ballerinas weep in awe. And then--oh, then--there is Sifu Tony. Let the trumpets of destiny sound his name! Sifu Tony is not a mere man. He is a living legend wrapped in muscle and mystique, a walking embodiment of kung fu lore and limitless humility. His fists could teach thunder how to roar, yet his voice could calm a charging rhino into meditative stillness. When he moves, time respectfully pauses to observe proper technique. Rumor has it that mirrors reflect their best possible version of themselves in his presence. Under Sifu Tony's watchful eye, students don't just learn--they ascend. He doesn't train warriors; he awakens forces of nature. Birds flock to hear his kata. Clouds part so his kicks may be bathed in sunlight. He is not instructing you; he is unlocking your true essence with the delicate power of a thousand lotus blossoms punched into shape by a thunder god. To be in Sifu Tony's dojo is to stand at the gates of enlightenment, wrapped in the silk of tradition and armored in the iron will of the ancients. He doesn't walk--he glides on ripples of chi. He doesn't speak--he channels the collective wisdom of every Shaolin master who ever lived. In short: Shaolin Kung Fu is the key to the universe's secrets, and Sifu Tony is the man who's already opened the door, politely held it for you, and offered you a hot cup of inner peace as you step through.

Si Fu Castro is an amazing man who treats all his students as one of his own. He even has students bring in report cards to make sure they are passing classes. As an adult when I return to continue my martial arts I enjoy seeing all the familiar faces just like family. Christian is the kickboxing trainer overall a great guy who will push you to the max. Each individual will leave class knowing they put in 100% of the work in. 'It takes two weeks to develop a habit', all first timers do not want to come back because the class requires you to put in work but if you come back you will notice the difference in your body. This place is great I recommend it to all individuals.

Title Boxing - One month later... First let me say that I'm the kind of person that doesn't really…read morefeel comfortable in gyms. I also struggled to stay motivated to keep working out. I was nervous going into my first (free) class but excited. Arrived early and they helped me wrap my hands and showed me how to stand. It was quick! They are used to helping new people and do not make a big deal about it. During my first class I learned to throw basic punches (kind of). Manny is the kind of trainer that wants to motivate and makes sure people don't feel lost. What surprised me was that he accomplishes this without overly correcting or focusing too much on one person. This was a great experience for me because I did want to learn but I also did not want all the focus on me. Correct me and move on please! I signed up with Title and was surprised at how much more confident I felt going into my second class. Since then, I've been attending classes 4 to 5 times a week. Each trainer has his/her own style. I've taken classes with all of them and have my favorites. My most frequent classes have been with Lauren - great motivator, creative combos, tough in her own way (beautiful singing voice ). Manny - engaged, funny, and truly committed to the success of each person. Chris - engaged, creative, tough routines but easy to follow- always brings something different. Buddy - fast pace - tough workouts (lay off the coffee Buddy!) - you'll discover muscles you never knew existed. Each trainer is excellent, they know when to correct and when to back down. They don't over correct because they understand that we are all at different levels. They make themselves available for questions and feedback. Title Boxing - Dallas Uptown has managed to create a judgement free zone while also pushing its member to reach for their highest performance levels. I highly recommend!

Long time TITLE customer in NYC visiting Dallas and decided to keep upy workout while out here…read more I was impressed by the space and cleanliness. The bathrooms was large and offered deodorant hair spray hair ties and makeup wipes. Additional lockers inside. The staff was very friendly especially to a visiting TITLE member from another state. They allowed me to take the class free since i already had a membership. No hassle. Instructor and class was very intense. When i had a question about a movement he showed me. He also practiced with me with foam rollers (punching), i guess bc i was new and to check form. He did this with one other person, the rest of the ppl must she been regulars. I will say the class is fast paced and there is not much checking on form throughout just telling out of combos. But this is pretty standard to TITLE gyms I've noticed. You get instruction if you ask questions. They have additional weights and machines you can use as well. Chris (instructor) was awesome. Very professional and taught and intense class that had me sweating. Modeled almost every movement he wanted us to do. Also introduced himself after the class and stated when he taught other days in a professional manner. Overall glad i came here and that they allowed me to continue my workout routing while away from home.
