In one year I have doubled the weight I lift in each of the 4 stations: bench, squat, press, and dead lift. I feel stronger than I have since high school and boy has it improved my bowling. To be fair, you don't need strength to bowl. But strength gives you a real advantage and now I don't have to try to throw harder.
