    ANOTHER balloon dog paper weight

I absolutely love buying the randomest things (including whatever the objects in the pictures are, I've found uses for them). HomeGoods is an excellent resource for popping down to clutter my house with tchotchkes and utter balderdash that can be obliterated by my feline housemate. (Yes I've bought a bust of Michelangelo's David, a picture of God knows what, a set of kitchen utensils, a hideous lamp, and some furniture from here). In short, I love Home Goods, and I'll be rummaging about in here some time soon for more gobbledegook to anarchise my domicile with. The employees here are extremely helpful when they're not skiving, and the prices are wonderful. I can acquire a cart's-worth of riff-raff for a minute disbursement, and still traipse out of the shop satisfied. The waits in line toward evenings are positively gutting, but I adore waisting time, so Solid five.

I stumbled into HomeGoods by accident. I was walking around TJ Maxx and saw a small sign that welcomed me to HomeGoods just in front of a number of pretty vases. Cool! I absolutely loved this store. The housewares section was amazing. I loved the Elle glasses that had women in stylish sunglasses at cheap prices. I ended up getting a spoon, fork, and knife set that is compact and perfect for travel. It cost me a whopping $2. I like not breaking the bank. I actually had to do a double-take. I couldn't believe how cheap they were! The variety of teas and phone accessories was impressive. It offers both looseleaf and tea bags in a ton of flavours. Phone accessories range from ring stands, to all cable types to charge and sync your phones. Nice! TJ Maxx and HomeGoods share the same checkout area. It's convenient if you are buying goods from both stores. One-stop shopping at its best. Yay! This store accepts all credit cards and cash. I had a nice woman help me check out. I was pleased with my cutlery set. I tried it recent and used the spoon part. It works well. I love this store. I'd come back again when I'm in the area. (80)

Used to kill this in high school. #Swag

Love the merchandise but have never gone in there and not had an outrageous line to check out. Need more employees apparently.

2 cashiers open for business and 12 people in line. Really?! No separate desk for returns.

This is a HomeGoods/TJMaxx combo! Two stores with an opening in the store to pass thru. They were very well stocked!

They quickly give you directions on where to find items as you enter. I stopped in to buy items for my teenage daughter's room and they have a wealth of items to help decorate for room decor. Lots of items to choose from for a good value. I ended up buying organization bins, pillows, a lantern as well as party supplies for her upcoming birthday. It was nice to see so many items hands on to start putting together a new theme for her room. Their Easter items caught my eye and I bought a cute welcome mat for the front door. They had adorable Easter bunnies as well that came in bright vibrant colors as well as muted greenery with bows. They also had the ever popular wooden panels to decorate your front porch. I also spotted a variety of patio cushions in a variety of colors and with the warm weather we have had recently I did venture to check out their items to update my patio furniture cushions.

Around 5:30 pm I stopped by the store…read moreto see about resolving an issue about a store gift card which had not been activated on stemming from a return without a receipt over the Christmas Holidays. The amount would have been about $14. I spoke with Michele, middle aged African American female, at the cashier's counter. There were no customers behind me, and she was the only cashier at the time. I explained what I stopped by for, and she did not appear to want to understand what I was telling her. I noticed her starting to be rude, and I requested to speak with a manager. She started to raise her voice, and I asked her not to do that. She started pointing her finger at me and stated, "do not try me, today is not the day". Her whole attitude caught me off guard, and she even said that she would have me taken to jail. She also stated that I may have found the store gift card on the floor and was trying to get some money. I told her not to question my integrity. I walked away from the counter and waited on a manager. Kevin appeared, and as I started to speak with him, she tried to interject herself in our conversation. I asked Kevin to step farther away from her counter, so that we could have a conversation. At that point, I told Kevin that I was no longer concerned about the inactivated store credit, and that I was more concerned about Michelle's very negative attitude and demeanor towards me. She blew things out of proportion and I didn't take kindly to that. I had been a customer since the store's soft opening, and had never had a negative experience like this. Kevin advised that I call the number on the back of the store gift card, as he was very limited on what he could do without a receipt. It's extremely disappointing to see someone like Michelle, working at At Home, who is very unprofessional, clearly dislikes her job, and is definitely not suited for a customer facing environment. Customers come here to have a nice shopping experience while searching for the right items for their home. Michele's lack of customer service damages At Home's reputation, and upper management should seriously reconsider keeping employees like this.

I think 15 years ago it was a tearoom and dead on arrival. Not anymore. I peaked around the corner to see what's the deal Lucille and see about 50 people having lunch. Obviously, someone has engineered a successful restaurant in here I came here trying to find someone interested in buying things I have for sale. It is exactly the type place I needed to be. A nicely currated group of " booths" with ,No Junk! That's right, this place is not a waste of time but a legit source of vintage/ antique collectables. Including furniture, figurines, lamps, mink coats, silver items etc etc. I did infact find a dealer that made me an offer on my stuff and a couple of more to contact about my other stuff. It's hard to sell things these days as interest has wained in with the younger generation. High Street Antiques is perfectly positioned to capture the target audience for those remaining appreciative and desirus of " Old, Lovingly Used, Sentimental" stuff. If you haven't been, what are you waiting for...? Go!
