We've sent purchased an antique cabinet that we use at use as a coffee bar and two light fixtures. All the furniture in the store is absolutely adorable and has been given TLC. The people in the store however are what makes this experience so amazing. Everyone in the store is as invested in finding you what you're looking for as you are without being pushy. The gentleman who delivered the cabinet whose name is John pointed out that it was a little wobbly and could benefit from some reinforcements. He told us what we needed to buy and how to reinforce it ($5 and 10 min of our time). We intended to do this ourselves. To our surprise however he rang our doorbell the next day and said he just didn't feel right leaving us with a wobbly cabinet. He came back with all the materials and reinforced the cabinet for us and didn't want a dime from us. It's this kind of customer service that has made me a lifelong customer of the Shoppe.

I contacted the company because it had only been a month and an half. Was told they needed to speak with their superior, And would call me back. I waited for over a week and a half never got a response. Finally I reached back out and was told there is nothing they can do since it's been longer than 30 days. Any mattress company and any experts will tell you that 30 and 90 days to fully get used to a mattress. It's been two months and one week and this is the biggest piece of crap I've ever purchased. These people are crooks and I would never buy another thing there.

For one, I picked the color/material that was on display in the store. Those are what's readily available in the warehouse and can be delivered as early as a week. Another big tip for those who get a recliner, is to plug it into the outlet rather than using the battery pack. When I tried to use batteries, the footrest only went up halfway very slowly. I'm not sure why the power would work half as well, but when plugged into an outlet it works perfectly. Overall I'm very happy with the product and the service. The team was nice as can be and didn't put any pressure on the sale. They were genuinely there to help which is refreshing!
