Great service, price and turnaround time (4 working days) to replace the face on my Rolex.

My vintage Rolex Air King had a small bit of water in it. Before they worked on it they charged my card over $600. I had it for just a few weeks and yesterday (6/3/26) it stopped. I decided not to take it back because I just don't feel comfortable letting them have it again. I'm not certain their techs are Rolex certified. Now it's on the way to Rolex in Florida. If you have a Rolex you may want to think twice about letting them service the watch. read more

I drove across the DFW area specifically to use this service for a vintage Rolex authentication, based on great local recommendations. The establishment initially looked professional and inviting. ​Unfortunately, the authentication itself was worthless. The technician did verbally confirm that the watch was real, but the official documentation provided zero value. The single paper I received only listed the serial number and contained absolutely no analysis or official statement confirming authenticity. ​The only thing on the document other than my serial number was a lengthy paragraph stating the business would not speak to the watch's authenticity in any legal setting. ​When I returned to voice my disappointment about the inadequate paperwork, the staff member who assisted me was incredibly rude and dismissive. He repeatedly interrupted and cut me off, showing no interest in addressing my valid concerns. ​For a highly recommended professional service, the combination of useless paperwork and poor customer treatment was a huge letdown. I cannot recommend this business. As a standard, and straightforward service there are other decent places in DFW that will authenticate your watch AND in addition will provide you with paperwork that clearly states they think your watch is authentic. Hutch, and his family are one of a kind!...kind in the way of their knowledge of vintage Rolex's...and kind in the way that they treat their customers! After much searching I took my 2 vintage watches to Hutch and lemme tell yall..it was far and above the right choice! The 1967 DayDate needed to be serviced,and yes it was serviced and cleaned not polished...WOW is all I can say ! the jubilee bracelet is a one of a kind ,and I was freakin out about it getting hurt....but it looked stunning when Hutch handed it to me. I was on the phone for a moment when he came to ask me a question and the clerk politely said he would wait until I was finished. of course I didn't make him wait but I certainly appreciated the consideration. Convenient location of the establishment is why I dropped by while running errands to get a battery in my Michele watch. They were able to take care of it at that time for me. I've taken my watches here for new batteries and a band adjustment. The service was courteous and professional with a reasonable turnaround time for my jobs. The only thing I didn't like was there were fingerprints on the casing when I picked up my watch. I have a Cartier watch that needed another link added. Unfortunately I lost the links during one of the moves. I called around and couldn't find anyone to help me including Cartier. Its funny when you read reviews and find people dissapointed for various reasons. I guess they are all valid in their mind. My experience was a first time to deal with this company. They were very busy on a Saturday but were able to get my TH fixed same day and even did a little polishing of the band as an extra I didn't expect. I will be using them in the future and I do recommend them. They were able to do it right compared to the last place I used.
