I received no communication until an email on May 28, 2026, stating that they received my watch and an assessment of repairs needed would take an additional 20-25 business days. After that, the repair, once authorized, takes an additional 30-45 business days! An incredible up to three months from receipt to repair is ridiculous, especially with zero communication to the customer on their website of such an expected timeframe. There are clearly staffing or other major problems happening at this facility, and former employee reviews on Glassdoor suggest a consolidation of facilities from CA to TX has caused a massive bottleneck and delays. If this timeframe had been communicated as it should be on their repair website, I would have certainly gone somewhere else.

I did a yelp search and found fast fix jewelry at the North Park Mall so I went out there with my nephew last weekend. They told me they would have it fixed within one to two hours and they would text me when it was done and they gave me the estimate upfront. They also were very upfront and honest and said that because it was gold plated sterling where they did the weld might discolor I understood and agreed to the fix . My nephew and I went down to Eataly and had a little lunch and before we were finished, we got the text that the necklace was ready. I am so thrilled that I have my necklace back.

I don't remember ever seeing it run. I've had it for years and finally decided we should get it looked at. I had another mantel clock that needed service because a new battery did not make it run. Took them both to Promenade Clocks. The cost to repair/clean them was totally reasonable. And they were both ready for pickup in less than a week! Fred and his shop is a treasure right here in Richardson! It's almost like a time museum. Fred showed us around and he really knows his clocks! We loved hearing the stories and how many of the clocks work and their history. Lots of one-of-a-kind clocks available for purchase.
