I walked in and first thing I noticed was the inside was very clean and very well put together. Then I was greeted and promptly asked what I needed done. I told the man what I was needing and he took my watches and said he had the batteries and could fix them in about in about 15 min total. As I was going to pay he noticed my rings were a little dull and asked me if I would like to have them polished and cleaned up. Although her watch needed nothing more than a new battery, Mr. Giraldo checked everything out and cleaned it up, inside and out - at no additional charge. Old fashioned service that is rarely seen these days. Al Giraldo is wonderfully easy to work with. I began working with Mr. Giraldo in 2020 while he was dealing with two business challenges that would have been my undoing. As if the Pandemic weren't enough, Al Momentum's shop in Preston Royal was ravaged by the October 2019 tornado that tore through the heart of North Dallas. While the building with his shop is being restored, Mr. Giraldo works out of an apartment across Noel Road from the Galleria, where he meets with customers by appointment in the building's well-lighted lobby with comfortable seating.
