Just wanted to say the man working the counter tonight at the front was absolutely great. He helped me find all my coupons and save $10 and was very friendly and it was just so wonderful and helpful. I'm not sure what's going on with the staff at the pharmacy. This has been the worst, most unorganized, insensitive, clueless, cvs pharmacy I've ever been too. They are having their customers sit outside in godawful long lines while they take over an hour lunch. My dad left the pharmacy shaking and I'm tears because they claim they don't have his medication and never got anything from his doctor. He has been out of his medication for three days now because they can't get it together. This is unacceptable and the lack of empathy their pharmacist has is unbelievable. Both visits have been pretty quick service @ this location. I do recall my first visit was for a prescription pick up and they did seem pretty slammed because I still had to wait in the drive through even after I called later in the evening to see if it was ready. I was told 30 more min. and my dr. visit was at 2:45pm w/prescription sent over after. Two cars ahead of me upon arrival @ 710pm but not too bad. I'm sure their are a lot of orders to fill on top of questions, etc. read more

By far the worse CVS around. Unorganized and slow. The pharmacist and or their assistance barely speak English making it hard to understand what they are saying or asking you. Hope their reading skills are better when filling out the prescriptions. read more

The only reason that I continue to use this pharmacy is because it is the preferred pharmacy for my insurance and they are close to my home. There is absolutely no customer service from the pharmacy staff, not once in the MANY times that I have been there over the last few years. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Highway 66 at Dalrock in Rowlett Texas. I have never dealt with a pharmacy near this bad. I was forced to use them because of my insurance but you can bet i'll change insurance at renewal time. When they run low on your prescription they will only fill a 90 day for 30 days and then you can't get the extra 60 days back they make your doctor write a whole new prescription My doctor's office hates them. That is a cvs policy. It is unbelievable how many times they are either low or out of medications that I need refills on. They will almost always take 3 to 5 days to fill a prescription. I'm giving this CVS 5 stars due to their above average pharmacy staff. They are very attentive and work very hard to get your prescription filled as fast as possible if you are waiting for your medication. The rest of the store is ok. Very clean, stocked very well, and the staff seem very friendly. The store is tough to get into the parking lot from the 66 side. The entrance is down a little past the store. read more

Every single time I come to this location they never have enough to give me my money order. My orders are always $100 or less. They dont have $100 at the end of the night so they tell me to come back in the morning. I came back at almost 1pm the next day and they still dont have $100? They told me to come back at 4pm. Why even have money gram at this location? This is probably the 3rd time I've gotten a money gram and every time this location can never fulfill it on my first visit. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! The lady two people before me, the one after her, and myself all treated like our time and money was not important to the attendant and the manager! From day one we have had a plethora of on-going issues with this location. Anywhere from communication, incorrect medication fills, not having enough or any, to poor customer service which we have encountered on the phone, at the inside pick-up, and the drive through. Their ability to provide a prescription in a timely manner is unacceptable. On average it takes 4 to 7 days. The employee assigned to answer calls at this time under qualified is a manner of understanding English let alone speak well enough to be understood. I always must ask for an English speaking employee. I dread filling medications here and use the Walgreens across the street as much as possible. read more

This pharmacy is the WORST!!! I've given them numerous opportunities, thinking maybe they just had a bad day or two, but at this point I will never use this pharmacy again. I waited for 10-15 minutes at the drive-thru while I was the ONLY CAR before I was even acknowledged. I understand that there can be a wait, which is why I call in advance to make sure my prescriptions are ready. E V E R Y time they say an hour, I give them 2 or 3 and STILL my prescriptions aren't ready. This is the last time I will be sending and medication to be filled here. Go at your own risk. The 2 good reviews I saw have never been my experience and it looks like the same goes for a majority of the reviewers. Save yourself from this experience! read more

They are still incredibly slow, incredibly disorganized, and to top it all off they yell out the prescription you are getting from 10ft away to ensure everyone knows what prescription you are getting. This clinic is not interested in helping patients get better. The nurse practitioner's bedside manner was very unprofessional. After spending over $100.00 for treatment plus prescriptions I was told to go see another Dr. I took an at home test today and I am still positive for infection. My trip to CVS was a waste of money and time. I have called CVS Minute clinic for help 3 times and waited on hold for over 15 minutes each time only to be told they could care less. I also asked to make a formal complaint and was told the clinic manager would call me back. It's been over 48 hours and I have not gotten a call back. I thought it was the duty of medical professionals to treat patients, not take their money and refer them elsewhere. read more
