They need a better system for the pharmacy line. Both in store and drive-through. It takes 10 minutes per person pretty much. CVS literally takes less than five minutes. After a long commute and picking up my medication, I never want to sit in a line for 30 minutes for two prescriptions. I'm only making this review for awareness because when I got up to the window, it took over 10 minutes to get my prescriptions when I got a text and phone call that they were ready two days prior. This location either needs more staff or better organization. read more

The pharmacy flat our lied to me. Told me my rx would be ready for pick up over the phone on Monday. Arrived to pick up to be told its not ready. Came back to be told still not ready. Waited in store 30 minutes. Went back to be told i can't pick up until tomorrow because i cant fill until tomorrow. Called this morning and was told they are out of stock. Do better. read more

I've been using this pharmacy for a while and it's been passable but today i called to refill a prescription and was on hold for 25 minutes before i hung up, called back, waited another 20 minutes on hold then hung up called back the manager only to be put on hold again after being told i would be transferred over and taken care of. all together i waited upwards of an hour and still got no service or assistance. Go anywhere else for your medications. clearly they are too busy to care. read more

They never have medication there when you it then they claim they'll order it and have it on a certain day, that day comes and they don't have it. When you call about it, they get an attitude with you, the customer and tell you it's already put back, 4days later. Last I was told they hold medication for 7. Driving 3 hours round trip on the weekend isn't happening bc you can't get your crap together. After this refill we will be switching to my wife's pharmacy. It's cheaper anyways. The only reason I continued to use this one was bc I used to be able to stop in on my way to work but now they never have my medication ready, ever. read more

This pharmacy is always busy but they do a good job of getting customers through the drive-through as quickly as possible. Employees are friendly and courteous. The store is well stocked and has a great greeting card selection. read more

By far the worst walgreens period. My infant daughter was just discharged from Childrens Health ER in Dallas and they told me 2 hrs for her medicine and I asked if I could wait instead and they said no. I stressed that my daughter needed the medicine immediately. She said they were too busy. So, I come back two hours later for them to tell me they didnt have the medicine in stock..then I watched a pharmacy tech and pharmacist tell an elderly woman to go check an aisle instead of showing her or looking up that they didnt even carry what she was requesting. read more

I came to this location to get my passport photo taken. An older caucasian lady turned me away because I had a blank thick "tank" top on. I had the same attire in my previous photo. Also, your passport photo only shows you from the neck up. She was rude and simply didn't want to help me. I won't ever come back here. There are always endless lines at this pharmacy - both the drive thru and inside pretty much all day and night. It is at a minimum 20 minutes of pure frustration. I just don't get it. If you think you are going to save time calling ahead -nope. The last time I called ahead I waited in line for 3 callers ahead of me and after more than 25 minutes of waiting I had to hang up. It took me 4 trips in that line to get a script filled because they are also constantly out or have to ship it from the central distribution center over the next 3 days - a terrible customer service process. I think there is a solution to this - hire more employees! You might even make more money. This is not a complicated formula. read more

Absolutely awful. I understand that the pandemic has caused issues with all companies and I understand that some meds are running low and hard to get but Ive spent the past 6 months being lied to by this pharmacy telling me week after week when I asked "why is the price different each time?" and them telling me they were using my insurance and they were not. Lied to again and again, I was also told several times over the phone my meds were ready and when I got there they were not and they didn't take responsibility. DO NOT USE!!!! read more

This pharmacy is a joke and should not be 24 hours! They are unorganized, rude and so slow it should be a crime. I called before I drove all the way to this 24 hour location. I was on hold for 26 minutes and then hung up on. I called back twice and never got anyone on the phone. I assumed they were super busy and could not answer. I came out here...no one is here and it's not busy at all. I got here and they said they didn't have my script. I was literally on the phone with my doc at the time and she told me it had been sent. This whole thing has been a nightmare. Not what you want when you're sick. read more

Spent 6 hours trying to just get them to pick up the phone so I could transfer a script. So if you're just casually trying to pick up unimportant medicine for people that don't matter to you, then look no further. Finally quit and just called a different Walgreens. Worst pharmacy of all time and will never use again. My 9 year daughter had problems after bad ear infection and was disappointed. After I had surgery today, I am truly disgusted with the entire staff, especially, Erica R. Poorly handled and not the doctors offices fault. This is a miserable excuse for a pharmacy due to staff and management. A call to corporate management will be made, this is despicable and a common trend on every review I read. read more

Good place to drop in and get a passport photo taken. My photos were ready in about 10 minutes and I was out the door in no time. Then had to go back the next day for another photo related visit and the woman who was working the photo area couldn't have been any nicer and more helpful when helping me make a copy of a photo. Since I had no idea how to use the self service machines, she went out of her way to help and made my shopping experience most enjoyable. read more

This pharmacy is horrible! They have signs that say left side pick up only, drop off both sides. I waited in line in the morning and got there at 7:05. This truck goes to the wrong side and gets there after I finally got up to window. Rude pharmacy employee did not tell him to go get in the line and just let him do a pick up. My call button was lit up so I started to saying hello? Then I pressed it and already heard the other call calling I guess he beat me hitting the button. He starts dude's pick up and tells me to wait. He takes ten years and kept coming back to call the guy that cut. After 10 minutes I pressed the button and told them how is that fair? And he just walked off and dismissed me. So I kept callin to try to get supervisor as supervisor said it's the new policy that both can be pick ups. WELL THEN YOUR SIGNS SHOULD REFLECT THAT!!!! such bs I didn't leave until almost 8 when she finally got my info line took 3 seconds... I was sooo mad they need to update their signs or follow them!! My terminally ill rescue dog is only kept alive by a medication she has to take 2 times a day. Came here to fill her prescription, the pharmacist (female, dark hair with color in it she was working the desk at the pharmacy at 1:00 pm on 10/23/20, told me that she cannot accept the written prescription from my vet and that it had to be on fax. She was also short with me and very rude. I spent all day calling back and forth my vet and this Walgreens, even having my vet call them and talk to them personally to try to get my prescription. All day, from 1:00 pm to 6:45 pm I was calling back and forth, desperately trying to get my baby her medicine that she can die without. Finally, at 6:45 pm I spoke to another person on the phone who informed me if I could just bring in my written prescription and show it to them, they'd be happy to fill my dog's medication. The ONLY reason I was on the phone all day back and forth was because I was told point blank they will not accept the written prescription. Well, my dog has now missed a dose of important medication and I'm finally going to get it, all because this pharmacy is uninformed, confused by their own jobs, rude, and could not care less about their patrons. Please, I beg of anyone reading this, just choose a different pharmacy-it is not worth risking your life or a loved one's life and well being with these idiotic, confused, rude, unorganized people. This location should be shut down immediately and I will be calling Walgreens Corporate to file an official complaint. DONT MESS WITH PEOPLES DOGS. read more

This pharmacy is close to my kids dr and 9 out of 10 times my dr send the prescription they say they don't get it. Very agitating! No one else has a problem, I recently switched for good. The pharmacy staff is not the friendliest either and act irritated im "bugging" them. read more

This is THE WORST pharmacy I've ever used! They are extremely slow and completely incompetent. After spending half and hour in line just to drop off a prescription, then came back a couple hours later to pick it up, that's when they decided to let me know they were out of that particular medication. If I could give them no stars I would. My daughter ended up with the flu and strep seen at Urgent Care who sent over the script.I kept checking with the front clerk who said it still hasn't come over the urgent care doctor said they sent it 10 times.I asked the clerk if the pharmacist would call the doctor she said he would not do that !urgent care faxed it once and finally the doctor called and was hung up on by the pharmacist Jason I sat there two hours and my very sick little girl finally got to go home when her daddy was able to pick her up this needs to be addressed by their corporate office their propaganda on their tv showing how caring they are couldn't be further from the truth.My little girl missed the chance to let tamiflu help her and did not get her first dose in of antibiotics!Shame on You! I will go today(the next day) to get her antibiotic script from the Doctor since its too late for tamilfu and go elsewhere read more

Worst pharmacy EVER! They are incredibly slow, and not very bright. I dropped off a prescription and said I would be back the next day, because I know how busy they are in the evenings. When I got there, 24 hours later, they inform me that they need a preauthorization from my doctor.... I jump through hoops, calling my doctor and insurance company, to find out that there was no reason for any of that... The pharmacy made a dumb mistake. I had to wait in line 2 more times until the pharmacy could fix the problem THEY caused! I will NOT be using their pharmacy ever again! read more

I went to the CLINIC. I got in & out quickly. The problem is that when I paid my bill online, they claimed they never got it. I have spoken to them several times & get no response. I have also mailed them the copy of my bank statement that shows that it was paid. They claim still to know nothing about it. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to have to pay the bill twice! read more

Horrible pharmacy. My doctor's office sent my daughter's prescription at 11:30 am and when I went at 5:30 to get it they told me they didn't have it in stock. No phone call to let me know. Then they told me I could try to find it at another Walgreens. Wait...what? Poor customer service. read more

I always hesitate using this pharmacy/drug store. It takes so long in line both at the pharmacy and the front register. I overheard a cashier tell an unhappy customer they just "didn't read the ad well". I voiced to another cashier how I always had to wait in Iine so long I usually don't come there. All I received from her was a "nah". If they aren't willing to listen to their customers I believe I'll go try CVS. read more

They are always the rudest bunch, especially in the pharmacy department all but one person acts like they actually care about who they are helping and appreciate getting a paycheck. The guy that help me last night was dry, rude and slightly disrespectful. I have bronchitis and had to leave work early and felt really bad. I went into get my antibiotic and remembered my doctor told me to get a strong allergy medicine. I asked him which one he recommended out of the ones that he had behind him. He look annoyed and his response was "it's preference can you just tell me what you want." I then asked him if the one he grabbed had pseudoephedrine in it because I am allergic. He said it's on the box if you want to read it there was a line behind me and I wanted to hurry so I just bought it. I got in my car and read the box and realize it did have it in big bold letters in the front. When dealing with people that are sick and not feeling well, you need to be a little bit more compassionate and earn your paycheck and do your job. I am moving to CVS across the street and I will not be back to this location. read more

The online refills are convenient when they work. My doctor sent in a prescription for an increased quantity of a medication I had been taking. Because it showed N/A as the date in the system I could not order it filled online (got message that I needed to contact the pharmacist, then it disappeared from the request queue entirely after a few hours). I called the pharmacy, held for a full 30 minutes, and was disconnected. I tried again later and was disconnected again after 30 minutes. On the 3rd try I was actually able to speak to someone after 21 minutes and get the prescription filled. Terrible and needless waste of time due to a bad hold system. I feel sorry for their staff - understaffed and they are overwhelmed trying to keep up. read more

Love it! The people that work here are super! Especially the girl that works at the beauty counter. I was buying something that she happened to have a coupon for, and when she saw me carrying it around, she offered me the coupon deal. It saved me like 4 bucks! Also, I needed to transfer my prescription from a Walgreens in Dallas when I moved to Rockwall- it was so easy. They just asked for my info, and voila! They are always really speedy too. read more

Worst pharmacy ever!!! I have been going to Walgreens in Rockwall for over 5 years. They are the worst. I have complained several times to the pharmacist about never having my prescriptions ready why they are always out of prescriptions used regularly. I don't know how many times different doctors called in prescription and the kids at Walgreen's they have working there said they did not receive it. I have had several surgeries. My husband recently had back surgery with the same problem. Everytime the doctor tries to send them a prescription through the computer, they will either say they didn't get it or they do not have the medicine in. One time it was so bad, my husband went to get a prescription and they said they had put it back because I didn't get it soon enough. I called it in a few days early because they never have it in. It always takes them a day to get Febring. This is even after I get it every 3 months, they still never have it in. So, this time I called them a few days before the prescription was up for renewal so they would have it in. Well, they put it back because I didn't come pick it up within 2 days. My husband went to pick it up on the 3rd day and they said they put it back on the shelf and it would take them an hour to get it ready. He came back in a hour and the girl said we don't have it, we gave it to another patient, so it will be another day before we can get it. Today I have the flu. The doctor sent in the prescription of one of the medicines and sent the original of the other two. We gave them the copy of the one sent to them from the doctor. They said they could not accept the copy, so they did not need it. They also said they did not have one of the medicines, a cough medicine, so we had to go to Kroger pharmacy. When my husband went back to pick up the medicine, of course, they said they never received the one the doctor sent through the computer, which always happen with different doctors. This was a doctor at a walk in clinic, not my primary. They said they could not accept the copy by the doctor, he would have to go back to the walk in clinic to get an original. It took me two hours to even see the doctor at the walk in clinic and by the time he could go back it would be closed. My husband had back surgery a couple of weeks ago and they said they did not receive the precription from the doctor from the Carroll Clinic. I would maybe believe this if it did not happen by every physcian that send one into to them. I have to call them everytime to make sure they have it before my husband picks it up, but I have found that does not always work because they have give the only prescription for me to another patient. I am changing to another phamacist. It is so hard for me since I have so many prescription, but I can't not deal with them another day. read more
