The giant online pharmacy that purchased them will not be one of my providers, even if they were the only pharmacy left on earth. Beaker Pharmacy has a very high turnover rate and people are not happy with this business at all. I know personally know a pharmacist that did not work there for more than a couple weeks because it was so bad. Sure they filled my prescription correctly and promptly but the pharmacist was patient in explaining a drug that was new to me.

STAY AWAY! They lack basic communication with the customer and zero professionalism. My prescription was sent on 9/1 to this pharmacy and I did not hear from them for 4 days. So I called them on 9/7. Rude Lady whoever answered the call based on my first name told me that they are waiting on one ingredient and it will be ready today and I can expect a text. Today 9/14, I haven't got a text or call from them. I had to call my doctors and send the prescription to another pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy was good when it first opened but has gone down hill. I have given them multiple chances and still receive the same poor service. I call in to refill a prescription and if they have issues they don't call you. So a week goes by and I call them. Their response is my prescription was denied. What? Then They say oh it's due to your insurance wanting only 30 days. Then I'm told it will be filled. Again no call. Another week goes by and prescription still not filled. Again no call. Try to pick up and they say they don't have my medication. What will be the next excuse. Glad it wasn't a prescription I could die without. Needless to say I will be filling all my prescriptions elsewhere and with a pharmacy that's at least open on Saturday and has later hours!! read more

Great pharmacy. They offer a lot of cheap generic medications. Once you are set up and in their system you can email them with questions and they always reply and are very helpful. Good pharmacy for getting hard to find medications. They also offer compounded medications which can be a good cheaper alternative when the usual medication is very expensive. I'm sitting in line now for over 30 minutes. My passenger had to go inside to see what was going on. They lost one RX and instead of giving us a heads up, they left us just sitting here waiting. Then the second RX wasn't ready even though we had a text from 2 days prior saying it was ready for pick up. What's going on? Would never use this pharmacy. Called to see if they could provide a BALL PARK estimate of what compounded Mounjaro would cost, Was told as a policy they don't provide that information. Really, like you people don't compound this all the time now and don't know what customers are paying on average. They should be transparent about pricing and stop using BS excuses as it all depends on this or that because duh! we know that, but you still have an idea of what your charging. I used to love this compound pharmacy. It's so convenient to my workplace. Yet lately they've gone from completing my refills in 3 to 4 days to refilling in 7 to 10 days. They are no longer able to help out when you need an emergency refill. My mother was unexpectedly sick and I needed thyroid med before I left. Prescription was called in on a Friday and I needed it the following Thursday. They could not refill in time so I went without thyroid med for 4 days. They wanted to mail it but it would have arrived in Ohio when it was time for me to come back home. I feel medications/prescriptions are a business that needs prompt attention no manner the circumstances. A lot of times it's out of the customers control. If you give a business 7 day notice they should be able to fill your prescriptions. It's time for Beakers to expand their business or turn away the new people so they can service their existing customers. read more

I can't say enough great things! Terry and David are the best! I spent the day with my littlest in a hospital waiting on strep test and as of now are still waiting on a Covid test. After leaving the hospital I couldn't find a pharmacy that could mix the compound our doctors prescribed and finally ended up here so to say I was a mess, tired and a bit all over the place doesn't even explain the crazy I was but they were so amazing, helpful and patient with me and I showed up right before closing. I recently had a compound prescription filled at Beaker Pharmacy and was amazed at how smoothly and efficiently the whole process was. I was told by my physician to check prices at a few compound pharmacies because the prices could vary quite a bit. I had a pleasant conversation with David, the owner, who was exceptionally nice and took the time to explain everything to me. He exceeded my expectations with a very reasonable price, but he also told me that they offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius I couldn't have been happier because it was delivered the very next day without me having to leave my house.
