Located along the IH-30 frontage road eastbound in Rockwall, TX, which limits access to this Smoothie King. 4 staff members were making mostly pickup orders, while I, and one other customer, had parked and walked-in the lobby to order. I was only persons not in yoga pants, or gym bug outfit, but it was my recovery day. of all these high-calorie Smoothie Bowls, I chose the lowest, 480 calories, the "Bee Berry Sting" bowl: Pitaya (dragonfruit) powder smoothie base, topped with pieces of fresh mango, fresh strawberries, and fresh blueberries... and also some sugary rock-hard granola. The pitaya was decent for a powder mix, I hope it maintains the Vitamin C level of the fresh fruit. The mango, strawberry, and Blueberry part was very good, fresh & flavorful. The granola was ridiculous, like caliche gravel for roads. If I try this again, hold the granola. The $11 price tag should get a better quality. read more

It is the consistency of water with some purée added. It's almost like they didn't put ice in it. They may as well take smoothie off the sign if this is what they're going to serve people. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any smoothie king before. Everything from management to the quality of my smoothies. I ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies later in the day and the wait for it was unacceptable. It shouldn't take more than 10 mins to make 2 smoothies. I also find it inappropriate for there team to be gossiping about their personal lives. There were comments being made about someone's pregnancy and poking fun at appearances due to it that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The conversation was not something that should have been shared especially in front of customers. Furthermore both smoothies I ordered felt clumpy and incomplete. I travel a lot for work and smoothie king has always been a consistent reliable place for me to have smoothies. But this location I will not be revisiting. read more

First timer! When I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and neat things were. Unlike Jamba or other smoothie places, they sell protein powders and other healthy supplements. This place is AMAZING!!!! No sugar added in a lot of the options. They have vegan options too. I got two smoothies today and they are so delicious. Chocolate peanut butter and banana peanut butter. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and they even have a 10%off coupon if you check in. Overall it was one of the best smoothie experiences I've had in the area. Ordered curbside to go and all was fine until my smoothies were brought out to my car. The worker just handed me my drinks and left as if she was bothered I had ordered curb side. The customer service was horrible a simple hi here are your drinks or something would have been nice. I will more than likely just go inside from now on so I can at least get a proper greeting. Starting to really like this location. The owner is always very jovial and welcoming. I really appreciate that some of them are beginning to remember my name or my order. The smoothies are always consistently well blended and tasty. They do not participate in $5 Friday's, my favorite, but instead they recently began a Friday special that is $5.49 for any Med smoothie with one free enhancer. I like that. They also have weekly specials. I love the SK app because these smoothies are not cheap. It's in a new shopping center, right next to edohana, so the parking can be a lil wild during edohana hours. If you're looking for low carb high protein, go with the gladiator and choose two low carb fruits. I prefer choosing coconut and pineapple with the vanilla gladiator, or orange and kale with the strawberry! Love this location. Had a tooth pulled and couldn't talk well(more like grunts and unintelligible moans...), so they made a blend just for me that wasn't on the menu. She carefully selected items that wouldn't irritate or get stuck in the fresh wound like the seeds from strawberries or fruits that were too acidic.
