No Drive-thru here. Located along the IH-30 frontage road eastbound in Rockwall, TX, which limits access to this Smoothie King. 4 staff members were making mostly pickup orders, while I, and one other customer, had parked and walked-in the lobby to order. I was only persons not in yoga pants, or gym bug outfit, but it was my recovery day. of all these high-calorie Smoothie Bowls, I chose the lowest, 480 calories, the "Bee Berry Sting" bowl: Pitaya (dragonfruit) powder smoothie base, topped with pieces of fresh mango, fresh strawberries, and fresh blueberries... and also some sugary rock-hard granola. The pitaya was decent for a powder mix, I hope it maintains the Vitamin C level of the fresh fruit. The mango, strawberry, and Blueberry part was very good, fresh & flavorful. The granola was ridiculous, like caliche gravel for roads. If I try this again, hold the granola. The $11 price tag should get a better quality. read more

Smoothie King - Gave the Smoothie Bowl a try, the granola part was a fail. Fruit part was good. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

This is my first time trying this location. I'm not feeling well today so I sent my kid inside to pick up one of their immunity blend smoothies. It is not a smoothie. It is the consistency of water with some purée added. It's almost like they didn't put ice in it. They may as well take smoothie off the sign if this is what they're going to serve people. Zero stars. Do not recommend this location at all. Won't be back. read more

Stopped by while our car was getting serviced next door at Firestone. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The drinks came out quickly and tasted great! I had the X-Treme Watermelon, and the misses got the Lemon Ginger Spinach without stevia. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any smoothie king before. Everything from management to the quality of my smoothies. I ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies later in the day and the wait for it was unacceptable. It shouldn't take more than 10 mins to make 2 smoothies. I also find it inappropriate for there team to be gossiping about their personal lives. There were comments being made about someone's pregnancy and poking fun at appearances due to it that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The conversation was not something that should have been shared especially in front of customers. Furthermore both smoothies I ordered felt clumpy and incomplete. I travel a lot for work and smoothie king has always been a consistent reliable place for me to have smoothies. But this location I will not be revisiting. read more

First timer! When I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and neat things were. Unlike Jamba or other smoothie places, they sell protein powders and other healthy supplements. The cashier was friendly, only wish she would've told me I could only use the sign up coupon that day! Our smoothies came out super fresh, slightly thick and tasted delicious. Will definitely have to visit to try other options. read more

Great quality and always fast smoothies. I like to add collagen powder. I recommend this for all of us who want smoother skin. Convenient location that deserves more parking in the shopping center that Enterprise rent a car seems to hog up. read more

This place is AMAZING!!!! No sugar added in a lot of the options. They have vegan options too. I got two smoothies today and they are so delicious. Chocolate peanut butter and banana peanut butter. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and they even have a 10%off coupon if you check in. Overall it was one of the best smoothie experiences I've had in the area. It's so hard to find a good smoothie but not anymore. Thanks so much! Oh they were busy but I didn't have to way long to get my two drinks. read more

Just tried to make an order for 2 Açaí Bowles @ 845PM on 6/3 and the girl said they don't make it after a certain hour since they already cleaned the location. read more

Ordered curbside to go and all was fine until my smoothies were brought out to my car. The worker just handed me my drinks and left as if she was bothered I had ordered curb side. The customer service was horrible a simple hi here are your drinks or something would have been nice. I will more than likely just go inside from now on so I can at least get a proper greeting. Smoothie was great as usual that's why I am rating at a 3 customer service needs to be worked on at this location. read more

Smoothie king does not disappoint. Love, this place. They have a great selection good service, clean establishment.

Best protein shakes in town. Love the angel cake slim shake . I usually go about 4 times a month to get a post workout shake after the gym . Definitely so good read more

It's a Friday and they have 2 people working. I'm the only one left in line to order and the girl asks me to wait while they catch up to make smoothies. I've now been standing here for 8 minutes while they continue to answer the phone and put more orders in front of me. I asked sarcastically if it'd be better if I called and she said YES uh no? I'm standing here, a loyal client, swore after a workout. Someone help this location. read more

I picked up one of these for my wife on the way home. Got to sample and I must say it was very tasty. Place is extremely clean and if you want health food they specialize in it. The staff are mostly young people but you can see they are trained and ready to help you. read more

bad customer service, smoothie didn't taste good. and the blonde one was too friendly towards my husband :)

I tried the the new smoothie bowl the bananas were not ripe at all why would you give someone bananas that hard. That was definitely not worth 12$ it was so small. Yet the smoothies are huge. I'll just stick to crisp and green best place and actually with the expensive price. read more

I stopped by this store yesterday morning and let me start with, I was very pleased with the cleanliness, very friendly staff and fast service. The lady took my order and waited for my peanut power plus. Perfectly made! I will begin frequenting this location more because of the service. read more

Starting to really like this location. The owner is always very jovial and welcoming. I really appreciate that some of them are beginning to remember my name or my order. The smoothies are always consistently well blended and tasty. They do not participate in $5 Friday's, my favorite, but instead they recently began a Friday special that is $5.49 for any Med smoothie with one free enhancer. I like that. They also have weekly specials. I love the SK app because these smoothies are not cheap. I enjoy earning points toward free smoothies as well as the opportunity to get a coupon from the receipt's survey I will keep coming back. read more

The best customer service there is. These folks are like family. I go there every day and they not only know exactly what I'm going to order, but they also know my family's regular orders. Love them! I've been to other stores (in Dallas or even Florida), and nothing compares to the warmth I always receive at this store. Clean. Super excellent product. And I feel better ever since I started drinking their smoothies daily. I SWEAR ITS THE TRUTH. read more

A quick and clean in and out at this smoothie king location! They were faster than others I've been to, and given its right off the highway, you can't complain for being easy to access. It's in a new shopping center, right next to edohana, so the parking can be a lil wild during edohana hours. If you're looking for low carb high protein, go with the gladiator and choose two low carb fruits. I prefer choosing coconut and pineapple with the vanilla gladiator, or orange and kale with the strawberry! Also, they've got an app if you're a smoothie regular and want to earn points for freebies! read more

I went here for the first time today. I was very impressed. Staff was very friendly and smoothies were great. I downloaded the app for easy ordering and no wait. I recommend trying them out if you are in the mood for a smoothie. read more

They don't greet you and they aren't helpful at all - but the smoothies are surprisingly fresh and delicious, and they really follow through when I ask them to make my smoothies thicker. The Gladiator is great substituting blueberries for peaches read more

Meh-went in as there is no drive through (which is fine) no one greets us so I take the liberty of saying good afternoon to everyone. I'm struggling to decide as I don't frequent SK-no help from a staff of 4 who are just standing watching me. Another customer comes in he at least gets an hello. I step aside and let him order (because I'm nice). So back to our order we just pick something get it fairly quickly. I ask which is which and out the door. I probably won't be back but Jo--probably. read more

First the restroom here is clean. The team takes pride in this establishment. Everything was well organized. The team here had plenty of smiles to go around. They were eager to help you with any need you had. Lots of young people who valued the customers, it was a pleasant experience to go here. A good place. Give them a try. read more

I'm secretly very glad my children are addicted to this place. They think I'm going out of the way for them and I get my "fix." ;)

This smoothie king is great. They have good health options and they will let you customize the drinks which some wont. Also the enhancers are great too. My favorite drink is the mango kale. read more

Love this location. Had a tooth pulled and couldn't talk well(more like grunts and unintelligible moans...), so they made a blend just for me that wasn't on the menu. She carefully selected items that wouldn't irritate or get stuck in the fresh wound like the seeds from strawberries or fruits that were too acidic. Super nice, informative, and easy to talk with while waiting, which wasn't long either. Very happy with the experience and will be returning for more. read more
