Me and my friend walked into the store and my friend saw a guy he knew was a employee at this place so we were chopping it up with that guy and then we ordered while the guy was making our order the manger walked in and asked if me and my friend were friends with the employee we said yes because the employee seemed cool the manger told us the leave before getting our drinks that we paid for!! When I first walked in it started out fine we were joking and laughing with the three workers in the front they gave us some samples. Overall the three employees in front were amazing but when I was waiting for my order the manager came from the back and immediately asked if we were friends with one of the employees and I had known him from my school but we're not like close friends and after we answered he immediately said we needed to leave and I had said I hadn't got my order and he said as soon as I get it I needed to leave and we didn't do anything wrong we weren't loud rude or disrespected at all so there's no reason to be kicked out and if it was a problem just with that one employee that manager needs to learn how to handled his attitude better be he was over all just disrespectful and I will not be going back read more

I went to this establishment and it is in a little shack and smaller than the other location I went to in Arlington. When you come in, you get the Aloha vibe. It is a little bit out of date compared to the other location and the menu looks more cramped. There computer systems were out of date as it took them a couple of minutes to figure out the giftcard and then paying credit card. I am sure a lot of people purchase the gift cards at Costco. Anyways I got the Dr. Pepper with coconut creme and I was in love and I drank the large fast and quickly. The drinks are made a lot faster than the other location and it was pretty busy as well. Use to love this establishment, but was very disappointed in the quality and service I experienced today. As far as service goes, I get it, these are kids running the place. I don't expect a lot... but maybe certain people should not be customer facing. As far as quality my $10 snow cone was mostly ice ... and it tasted very chemically. It was mostly uneatable, a complete waste of time (took 30 minutes to get it) and money. Save your time and money. The flavors taste like hairspray and service is slow and rude. I'm APPALLED by how we have been treated by their "customer service." We went to the Rockwall BB last night and ordered being the only ones inside the building. We waited 14 minutes for our first of 2 snowcones that came out. From our booth, I asked if they were coming and the three kids working didn't acknowledge more that a head nod. Five minutes later, we received our second one. At that point, I felt the need to let a manager or store owner know, so I got online and emailed the Rockwall store. This is the response I received: Mrs. Simmons, I reviewed the 16 camera videos of your transaction and the actions of my employees. The completed payment was done at 8:19.55 and the first sno was handed out at 8:23.22 and then the free avalanche sno was handed out at 8:27.50. All 3 employees were working completing the drive thru orders that were ordered before yours. One employee had to answer the phone to take a message during this time. We walked in and were the only ones in the store and there were no cars in the drive thru. The 2 young ladies working were talking and did not look over at us or acknowledge us. As the kids were deciding what they wanted, one of the young ladies walked to the register and just stood there. She didn't ask if anyone was ready or offer to take an order, so I ushered the kids that were ready over to give their order. She didn't say one word while anyone was ordering. The first time she spoke was to give the total money owed for the order. She didn't say thank you or have a nice day or go screw yourself. Just silence. I personally didn't enjoy the sno cone because I think their syrup is too sweet. That is an absolute personal taste on my part. The kids all enjoyed their sno cones and smoothies very much, hence the 2 stars. This was our first time here but it will be our last. Customer service doesn't have to be complicated. Acknowledge the customers and give a little hello. If you don't like your job or do not enjoy being in customer service, find something else to do. We went through on Mother's Day. My grandmas snow was filled too full of juice and was gushing out and pouring all over her white outfit. We asked for a bigger cup to pour it into. Instead of a bigger cup they hand us a smaller cup than what it's in. If it DOES NOT fit in that one what makes them think it'll fit in something smaller??? and said that's all they could offer. They didn't even remake it either. So we were stuck with an overflowing cup and no resolution. We will just drive to the other location from here on. She had to just throw it out. Ridiculous. Bahama Bucks used to be our go to summer treat, but this season has been really disappointing. The staff hasn't been well trained and at times flat out rude. Also the quality of their shaved ice has gone down, it has been chunky and when we have gotten ice cream there has been next to none in it. i went to bahama bucks after a long and tiring day of work. i ordered the "Ice Pop" and "Unicorn" snow cones. I had to wait 26 minutes for my 2 small snow cones. even though they where busy i should be their 1 priority. and 26 minutes later my snow cones came out melted!! the ice pop was disgusting and green. and the unicorn was brown and looked like poop. i spoke to the manager and i said, "my snow cones look horrible!! i want a refund, actually give me new ones, in under 10 minutes." but he refused. i am angered and i'm not coming back. i hate this place. read more

That was the saddest trip ever to a snow cone place. I wouldn't want to go to their island, ever. We didn't get greeted when we entered and mind you, we were the only customers. 2 customers to 2 workers. The two young ladies were not friendly and they looked so sad and unhappy to work there. Great place to get some cool relief from the hot summer days. Came with my wife and my dog and sat outside under their covered patio. Arrived relatively early after they opened for the day so I didn't have to wait in line. We ordered a mango shaved ice and a strawberry cheesecake with sweet cream. The shaved ice is very smooth, very similar to a fresh snow, which is great because it's not the chunks of ice like you'll get at the fair or in a slushy or something like that. So as I mentioned before, I brought my dog. They gave us a free snowball in a small cup! Super nice. Great to know that I can bring my furry family member to get a cool treat. My number one pick for shaved ice! I remember my friend took me here about 2 years ago and told me this place would change my life (in regard to where I buy my snow cones from) and sure enough it did! This location is big and conveniently located off the highway. They have great selections. I always get the rainbow (it's like 3-4 different flavors) with the cream. PERFECTION. Bahama bucks is a great place for a cold drink. I frequent this place every time I'm in the area. They have a wide variety of cold drinks, smoothies, shaved ice, and cold iced coffee flavored beverages. My sons favorite is the Caribbean cola which is like a traditional cola with creamy vanilla added to it. It's really good! I tend to go for one of their smoothie drinks. This last time I had a #8 which is called a Coconut Kaluna. If you love coconut you have to try it. It's creamy and cold and served with whip cream and a cherry on top. Happy hour is everyday from 2-5pm and all their sodas are half price. Their shaved ice are good if you have the craving for one! They have too many flavors to try and list on here. We made it out to Bahama Buck's for a tasty drink after our dinner. We'd never been there before and didn't know what to expect. For those of you who haven't been there before, they only serve cold or frozen drinks, ices and some ice cream stuff. Since we ate some fried food for dinner, we decided to get something with less fat and decided on a shaved ice beverage - super sour pineapple flavor, to be exact. We usually love sour treats and were excited about the pineapple flavor instead of our usual favorite, sour apple. The service was great, the drink looked amazing with plenty of flavor in it and a cute, little umbrella. Although the drink looked awesome and the shaved ice was so fine it melted in your mouth, it didn't taste like pineapple in the least bit. It looked like a pineapple drink with a rich, golden yellow color, but it only tasted of lemon and lime. Hmmm... :( Not what we were expecting and we probably won't get a super sour flavor in the future, but I'm sure the other non-sour flavors are fabulous and I think I'll get an ice cream drink next time or the fruit with whipped cream! read more

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. This location was very dirty. The AC was broken so was very uncomfortable inside. Floors and tables were very sticky although there were 4 staff members and NO other customers. We have been here many times and it is always consistent. Is this the best shaved ice? Nope, not even close for me and my family. But, it is a great way to cool off during those hot summer days. The inside is small, but they do have patio seating outside. We have never had an issue with finding a seat when we came. I am taking off one star because I am one of those people who want a lot of syrup and don't want to see any ice without syrup. We have had spots without syrup pretty much every visit on every single snow cone. I am not talking about teeny spots either, I am talking bigger than a half dollar and about an inch deep. Another star has to come off for the taste of the syrups. I have tried many and I just think there are better places out there. I give them props for the consistent shaved ice without chunks of ice and the fact they sell snow balls which we will be buying this winter. :) All in all though, polite employees and we will be back to try something other than shaved ice.
