As good as the one on Garland Rd used to be! Very courteous staffperfect treat for a Sunday afternoon

The first time I came here, I got a Rusa and it wasn't good. The rusa has 2 slices of oranges and one cube of pineapple that is filled with ton of chilli powder. The chilli powder contributed no flavor except that it burned going down your throat. Came back the second time (eating it right now as I write this review), and had a very satisfying experience. I ordered half tamarind and half chamoy shaved ice. The shaved ice is so fine and smooth. The flavor is on point with the chamoy, and the tamarind doens't taste exact like tamarind but that's ok, because it's still good. The level of sweetness is just right. Thumb up!! P.S Cash only. read more

Great place! Could be better with the workers tho :) ! If you waited in line and the person infront of u is done and now it 9:02 they won't take ur order even if you wait . read more

Love it here!! I always buy my shaved ice here!! For a large shaved ice for $2 no flavor tho

Will never frequent this establishment again. Workers are very rude and condescending in their tone. When approached about it seem to think its ok to be rude to customers. Owner didn't seem too concerned. I guess because they own one in Rockwall as well they have arrived and feel customer service is not important. The snowcones at thus location on poor along with customer service. They take off the top so it just a slush. When you ask for the top they claim they put it in a larger cup. Keep in mind CUSTOMER SERVICE US VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE CUSTOMERS AS MYSELF CAN CHOOSE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY AT BETTER ESTABLISHMENTS AS SUCH! read more

Best best best snow cones ever !!! I visit here at least daily with my kids sometimes more than once a day . They have a variety of flavores and options to choose from . The guys are so nice also . The lines get so long due to how good they are . Definitely worth the wait even though the y move pretty fast . I would give 10 stars if I could read more

Little tiny place with a drive-thru. Cash only I decided to get a small dreamsicle ($2) which was a Orange creamsicle in ice format. It was actually really good and flavored really well and wasn't overly sweet. I could've done a baby version because it quite a bit for me and only had half. Older lady with glasses seemed annoyed that we were asking questions regarding some of the flavors. We weren't asking a million questions or asking for samples! How am I suppose to know what ninja turtles taste like?! I would imagine they'll taste like pizza but I doubt they would make shave ice taste like that! My cousin comes here often and she said everyone seems really nice and offers samples. I guess I caught this lady on an off day -_- read more

The product is great but the service i am tired of. I dred the drive there and then having to wait minimum 20 minutes for a shaved ice. Going to give another place a chance. I am tired of those kids always playing around and ignoring the customers. read more

Oh, the fond memories that I have of riding on my bike to this little hut in the hot Texas summers and taking in the refreshing and flavorful cup of shaved ice. This hut has been there for at least the last 15 years and still going now with the addition of drive thru windows on BOTH sides of the hut. They also have a front walk up ordering area with a couple of picnic tables. Their menu of flavors and combinations seem endless as every time you go, you could have something different for at least the next 3 years everyday! I usually just order the mango or peach flavor. It's so delicious! They also have Knockouts, which is shaved ice with scoops of ice cream or soft serve (nearly McDonalds quality!). Also, if your craving more of a snack they have nachos and ELOTES (my fav)! read more

This is my FAVORITE place to get snowcones in the garland area. Its inexpensive, & I get more than what I pay for. I like red raspberry & strawberry. Their elotes in A cup are good too & They also have this thing called knoccouts. (A scoop of vanilla ice cream on top & A scoop on bottom of ur snowcone.) Yum Yum. Its like A creamy snowcone read more

The sno cones from TC are delicious!!! Wedding cake with cream is my favorite! Sometimes the lines are super long, though. I've waited about 30 min for a sno cone before. read more

Bahamas Bucks is trash compared to this. Support your local small businesses! Absolutely love all the flavors and you can't beat the price.

Not expensive at all! and fast service! Haven't tried the yogurt but I can't wait!! Strawberry ice with pickles and chili powder is the best! read more

Good flavor, but the thing I hate the most in shaved ice is what I got today. Chunks of ice that did not get shaved and held no syrup. Totally disrupted from the shaved ice experience. read more

I've loved this place since I was a little kid. Wedding cake and cherry flavors are a must. The elote is good also.

I have gone to this place ever since I can remember. The shaved ice is the best! Love the bubblegum flavor, chamoy, mango , and lite lemon! For sure recommend! You may have to wait a bit in line but it's worth it! read more

They have the best snow cones but after today we asked the guy with the glasses to put our snow cone in a large cup bcuz they have the habit to fill the cup all the way to the top and always spilling and he's response was NO in a ugly tone that he can't, when we had before. He was just rude to us that's just not nice to be rude to you're costumers... read more

In the world of shaved ice, TC's is one of the best. The ice is creamy and the flavors are great. They also serve Elotes, a buttery corn concoction that has mexican flavors. The only problem is that it depends on who is making it that day if it is good or not! I love it when it is made right! read more

Love, Love TC Shaved Ice. I get the pineapple/pina colada with extra cream and juice.. Best I've ever tasted! =-) I Always go back when I'm in the area. read more

Softest shaved ice in town. This is the go to place to enjoy a cool summer treat... The flavor choices are endless and the prices are fair. Get yourself a knockout... You'll thank me! Glad to see these guys are still in business. read more

I love this place, I've got to say Dill Pickle is my fav flavor! The guys are friendly and quick, for the most part they put enough syrup on the sno cone but I do find that if I go closer to closing time the ice isn't as good and they don't put enough syrup! Their Rusa drink is great too think spicy grapefruit soda!! Out of all the TC shops this is the best one! read more

Holy shit so I pull up to the window on sunday. Four young kids are working. There's a girl in front of me with 4 girls in their Jeep and these guys are trying to get this girl's phone number so it took 10 minutes for their freaking order so they can exchange numbers and then when I get up to the window two of them were rubbing the sweat off their head and front of the ice then one guy wipes his head puts his hat back on puts a glove on and then takes it off and put it back in the glove box. So nasty and then the guy that took my money kept feeling his hair running his fingers through his hair and then wiped off the cups so gross over there so instead of ordering a big order I just ordered one snow cone and then left read more

Over 100 degrees today; searched online for a good snow cone place. Took my neighbor friend to the Garland location, on First St. We each ordered a medium Knockout which is a snow cone with Ice cream; were asked if we'd like cream too & were told it's good! So, we said yes. It was absolutely delicious! Very nice young man waited on us & helped us as we told him it was our 1st visit. We had red raspberry and dreamsycle, both very good. My friend wants to take her husband sometime soon! We'll definitely go back! read more

very delicious strawberry shortcake is the best flavor by far i would recommend this place for everybody

It isn't as good as it used to be. Used to always get the Mangonada with added powder but these last few times it isn't tasting as great as it used to be. read more

I've gone to this location for about 8 years now and they are the best snocones!! But within the last few months the service has gotten so slow!! The workers do more talking than working. The one on Garland rd is much quicker read more

I hate the fact that I waited for about 15-20 min and then when I finally got it I felt like it wasn't that sweet I threw it away I don't know if I would go back again. read more

Ever since moving to garland we have always came here to get shaved ice. During the summers the lines get super long! Have never gotten a flavor that I do not enjoy. These shaved ices are not like any other, they are always full of flavor and super creamy. There are no chunks of ice it is always soft ice that makes it even more enjoyable. The only down side is that they only accept cash. read more

No blueberry, or real flavor selection. My shaved ice was dry at the bottom and did not have the cream I paid for. Very disappointed for the $ I paid. Won't go back read more

Best sno-cones around! Crave these in the winter time so I have to get as many as I can furring the summer months.

I've tried nearly every flavor but strawberry & pineapple are my favorite! We go twice a week of not more. This will be our summer cool down spot! The manager isn't the nicest and they don't take credit/debit cards but it's definitely worth the hassle of getting cash. read more

I've never been disappointed with my order, however, the wait can be a bit long. My favorite flavor is Strawberry Shortcake.

My favorite spot for shaved ice in garland! Tons of flavors and good size for the price. Lost a star for the wait time tho... I've waited over 20 minutes before. I also wouldn't recommend their elotes, they lack a little flavor. Overall great place to hit up when you're in need of a cold treat(: read more

Tc shaved ice have horrible employees.I found a roach in my shaved ice. Overall I believe they were not polite

I LOVE this place. It's kinda out of the way for me, but I've made the drive multiple times for the elotes alone. Their shaved ice is definitely up there with the shaved ice that you can get in Hawaii. I'll be making more impromptu trips here(: read more

My husband was so excited about this place because of their knockouts, but it was sadly disappointing. I got the strawberry knockout, took 2 bites of it, and asked to go to McDonald's for dessert. The ice cream was completely freezer burned, which was what I was looking forward to the most. The actual shaved ice was so crunchy, I could have gotten it out of my ice machine in my fridge. Soooooooo disappointing. read more
