When I asked if she could use a new knife because I'm allergic, she and her coworker told me they couldn't use a different one since it was already contaminated. They said they use the same utensils for everything when preparing the apples and that all apples are cross-contaminated with everything in the store. I've been there multiple times and have never been told that there was a risk for allergy concerns. They were also rude when I tried to understand how everything could be contaminated with peanuts. This happened after I had already paid and was told I couldn't get a refund.

We got the Pandan halohalo & mango halohalo to try. Since it was at a festival, the price was more expensive and it was $12 each. Both of the halo halo were refreshing and the ice cream were so good. My favorite topping was the flan, it was so creamy and paired so well with the shaved ice, but I wish they give you more flan though. Overall it was a good experience but I'd probably not going pay $12 for it again.
